If I can give this shop a NEGATIVE ZERO rating I WOULD!The employee denied me of service and said it was my fault that I purposely damaged my protection plate. He threaten me that he would call my warranty company and tell them it was my fault instead of helping me. I had NEVER dealt with such awful customer service and discrimination!!!!

Took my grand daughters 1993 Saturn to Doug recently. The car would idle but as soon as you put it in gear it would stall. I assumed it was the fuel filter so I removed it but was unable to install the new one. Took it to Doug he thought it was probably the fuel pump. He installed the filter tested the pump and said it was fine but the car still has issues. More testing with a couple possible fixes, one very expensive and the other relatively inexpensive. Installed the less expensive part which fixed the car. Doug could have very easily suggested repairs that would have cost me close to $800, but I ended up with a bill that was significantly less. Its rare today to find a quality mechanic who is also honest. Triple A will now be our go-to shop

I had been searching for a good auto repair shop for a while and finally found it with Triple A! I first went to them when I had a last minute repair needed before leaving on a trip to my brothers funeral. They got me in right away and got the job done. Since then theyve done several jobs for me, both big and small. Doug is very honest and straightforward. He always explains the situation and lays out my options clearly. I highly recommend them! Theyre now my go-to shop for all repairs.

My harmonic balancer needed replacing in my 98 Mustang GT wasnt positive it was the balancer but took it too him and asked if he could just take a quick look under the hood without charging me some ridiculous diagnostic fee to confirm my suspicion. He took a look no fee and agreed it was the balancer, afterward he charged me a fair price for the replacement. All around good Mechanic comes off as very honest this is the second time Ive had a repair done here. Great service!
