Beware of this place, they will con you, & make sure you run history before buying, cause they sold me a salvage car less than 6 months ago, I asked them if car was clean title & that if it was salvage, they told me No, I tried to return it the first week cause car was making noise, they said I couldnt cause of a cooling period, & I been having problems since then, now car completely stopped running over a month ago, I tried having it repaired multiple times, but it only hot worse, now it wont even start with a jump, & my key is locked in ignition, I put 6,000 down, the car was 6,995 & instead of working with me & giving me a deal, they got over on me & sold me a bad car, they made me finance the 995 plus tax, & for that I will be paying 9,000 more for a salvage car, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, they dont care about helping people, they are there to take advantage of innocent & mainly first time buyers

He is honest and very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot, thats why I keep coming back to this dealership. Beware!! They require you to buy their add-on packages which total $2,000 even though you do not need/want them. However I will say that Luis W. is the best rep that I have had the pleasure meeting, great guy and very helpful. If you absolutely need to go there request Luis.

Just bought a 20,000 vehicle. Felt beyond pressure by Carlos. Horrible experience and if my mom didnt want the car so bad I would have left. Looking to by another car soon but would never think of going there again. The car was below E and asked if they could fill it up, carlos promised he would then come to find out he only put enough gas to where it was barely above the E after he got our money and signature. Never again and if you go here stay away from Carlos for sure. Hes just another snake salesman

When I purchased my car there was no pressure sales and I drove away in a great car.I take my car there for all of my servicing needs. The service department is super helpful and very attentive. The lock on my seatbelt broke one time and they had no available appointments, when I explained what my issues was they got me in right away.It made me feel important and valued as a customer because that took my safety extremely seriously.When I arrived it was explained to me how they take safety serious and getting my seatbelt fixed was a must and it to be done right away.Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer.

Make sure to do your research before heading here. I came in with the intention of buying a car cash but was unable to for 3 main reasons:1. To begin with, the sales rep began with an offer of $3k over the price listed online. He denied it and didn’t acknowledge it until he went out back to speak with his manager.2. When I finally got the online price I wanted, they wanted to charge me an additional $2k for vehicle tracking technology (SWAT) and a clear coat protection for the car. Both these things I did not want and I spent an hour negotiating back and forth until I was able to get the clear coat “discounted.” I could not get the SWAT system discounted though.3. The pressure the sales rep placed on me was insane. He stated over and over again “If I go speak with my manager, will you move forward with this purchase.” All whilst shoving papers in my face attempting to get me to sign.All in all unless you want to be forced to pay thousands over what you’re expecting … don’t go here.Sincerely,A person who’ll never visit this dealership again

Ask up-front about the “mandatory” extras!! We were surprised at the end of the sale in learning a fabric & paint protectant had already been applied and would add $1000 to the price. I didn’t like that because I had no way of verifying if it had actually been done and we’d have to walk away from the deal if we didn’t accept it. Same thing with the SWAT GPS package. Other than that, everyone was great to work with.

I went in to purchase a vehicle and had a particular budget. I was helped by Omar and Vincent for financing. They were very patientand helpful and helped me get a car that fits my needs. I made an appointment for an oil change and was told it would be an hour and a half so I waited. Two hours later I went to the desk and saw my car parked in a stall in front. I asked about it and then someone took care of the final paperwork. There was no 20 point inspection performed and they did not check the in cabin filter as I asked. When I went to my car I noticed a shield in front that the clips had come undone and it was dragging in front. I told them I would not drive my car that way. The technician took the car back to the shop and corrected the shield, telling me they replaced the worn clips.

Purchased a vehicle just over a month ago, there is some kind of mechanical issue and Ive called to schedule a time to take it in to get checked out I was told service center would get in touch with me. A day later and another call, still no call back. Thanks guys for making your customers feel appreciated and taken care of. At this point they made a sale got their money and customer satisfaction isnt important. Way to go guys thats a good way to make new customers.

So unfortunately we bought a car from here and I highly advise anyone that doesn’t want to get scammed to avoid this place at all costs. We were told by our “salesman” that a ceramic coating and SWAT tracking device are both pre installed on the vehicle and unable to be uninstalled, and that it was non negotiable according to the salesman and it added another $1000 to the price. Yet someone that wrote a review on this very page said they managed to get the ceramic coating taken off the final price. Very scummy if you ask me. Guess not all customers are treated the same here, why are we, the customer paying for something we didn’t ask for? It’s like going to a restaurant and paying for an extra side dish you never ordered.The finance manager was also very pushy about some unnecessary extended warranty which would have added another $3000 to the final price, we said no multiple times but he kept coming back waving the paper in our face talking about how we NEED to get it. Very tacky, we’re all adults here, don’t tell me what I need when I’m already making a big purchase. Thankfully we live in the age of social media and the internet so I can spread the word easily to AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Now I know why the salesman said they had a hard time getting cars of their lot.

Bought a truck here a few months ago. They sold it to me with illegal tint... I got the 4 oil changes a year package, I called in last weekend to schedule my first oil change and they told me to come in the following Saturday so I did. When I arrived they told me it was for the following week! When my oil light comes on I shouldnt have to wait 3... I showed up on time and the day they told me and then just got the run around... I canceled my service package and now Im sitting at jiffy lube...

My daughter Karen purchased a used vehicle that we thought was a pretty good buy. Asked for the second key, purchased new key from Toyota $230 (dealer said we could buy one) no help. Had a issue with the headliner coming down, had replaced $150 (was told it’s a cosmetic issue) no help. I know what I wanted and calculated my fees, we sat down with a sales Representative Carlos, he did not said all the cars came with a Glass Coat and Thief protection cost to the loan contract that was (NOT Negotiable) keep in mind each $999 added to the loan. When I came home sat down read the contract finding out major fees, I asked my husband didnt we agree we said no on those fees, he said we did, I dont know why they put those charges, I asked him did Robert went over contract with you, each form you were signing, he said No! he was really into the personal conversation. I understand he should have asked, but we were confident and trusting them with our previous conversation with Carlos. I called Robert and didnt return my call, I went in talked to Carlos he said that he apologized for not clarifying well about those charges. Im really disappointed because I went in to trade in my pay car for them to get me a car loan with unnecessary charges. BE AWARE PEOPLE!

Absolutely the worst place to go service was horrible....I applied for a car on line and over phone n was approved and they ran my credit ...they told me to come up to fresno so I drove the hour there ...then they could not find car.....the guy I was working with wouldnt even come help me they sent some clueless kid out....then when I saw he didnt have a clue about anything I asked for a manger....but they were unable to come out as well so I just left no apologies or anything would not recommend this place at all worst experience ever..

Was contacted by them after receiving a Kelly Blue Book instant cash offer for my current car. Made an appointment and drove out there expecting to meet the person I was communicating with. Was immediately greeted by a salesman which was great. However, he did a half a$$ inspection and seemed totally unaware of how the instant cash offer process worked. He got with his sales manager(who he said inspected the vehicle but obviously did not) and gave me the typical lowball offer explanation about the dealer needing to put money into it before resale. Stay away if you’re figuring on any communication between the actual dealer and the Kelly Blue Book rep. Took it to Haron the next day and everything was amazingly smooth!!

I had only intended to test drive the Rogue but Alex and Vince helped to get my payment where I needed it to be and even went so far as to deliver my new car to my home in Tulare. My first first experience with Nissan was a great one.
