Old equipment and installation was done improperly. Had equipment issues and could not get ahold of the installer. Left several messages and am out over $400. Very frustrating. I am having to pay a different business to redo Prosounds bad work and malfunctioning equipment. Worst of all, Jeff doesnt seem to care about his customers.
