Very poor customer relations! When the owner arrived I asked for an estimate of charges. He told me he did not like to give quotes because it led to problems. When I pressed him on the issue, he said his service call was $48 plus parts if necessary, which I thought was reasonable and let him go to work. The invoice I received included the service charge and a few parts that I authorized at the time of service - plus an additional amount for labor which was never mentioned in our conversation. Most legitimate professional businesses like plumbers and electricians that charge a service call includes labor for the first hour, he was there for about 30 minutes. When I called to discuss the additional charge, he said if I did not pay the full bill he would place a lien on the property. He said he has lots of liens on properties so apparently he does this to other customers quite often. I will call his competitors for service in the future.

Excellent service once again, I recommend them for all your garage door needs as they don’t oversell what needs to be done and will fix it right the first time!

Mark provided awesome service! $212.05 to replace the springs on our garage door. He showed up to the quotation appointment with a scale to ensure he got an accurate weight of the door. Good thing he did too since the door weighed 20 lbs more than the existing springs were able to accommodate.The competition CNB quoted $520 saying they couldnt replace the springs, so they would have to replace the entire assembly.

This business is locally owned and operated. Thats a plus. Staff is friendly and helpful & they got the job done. Im happy to say my experience with them was a good one!

Absolutely the worse customer service ever. Constantly called and they never answered the phone. In their voicemail they said to text message to get a hold of Shauna or whoever it was to get faster service and they didnt even bother to leave a number to text message to. When I first arrived back in Clovis my mother and myself tried calling for two weeks and we went by their office and their was nobody there just one of those paper clocks on the door that said they would be back at a certain time and then when we finally did speak with someone and told them we had been trying to get a hold of them and the messages we did leave, the people we spoke with said they never received their messages from some Shauna person...I would never recommend this company when it came to getting your garage door fixed...rude, rude, rude and dont even have the common decency to call their customers back....

Poor customer service. Called because garage door was stuck partially open. Couldnt get it up or down. No one would come help. Im a single widowed woman living in a sketchy neighborhood. Not safe.

Has come twice for same problem but did not fix the issue. They will not return calls. Very poor customer service!
