Pearla and Joe were extremely friendly, patient, and allowed us to walk around sitting on furniture. She checked on us/our opinions and came right back with a lower price than listed. Joe, Perla and Kristyn have been amazing to work with for my furniture buying experience. Great professional and family oriented staff. I didnt get the movers names but they were quick, efficient and amazing too. Did I mention, move in charges are FREE. No move in fee. If you find a piece of furniture at Ashleys go on House of Furnitures.net website, find the model number or name of furniture they will more than likely have it and sale it to you even cheaper. I purchased a full bed set and dining room table with chairs well below the extreme prices of Ashleys. Be patient, do your research and get the best deals in town.

I spent around 1200.00$ on a couch and loveseat around 7-8 months ago. After 5 months or so the cushions were gone. We were sitting on wood. I had them come out and look at it and they told me not our problem, but you can unzip the cushions and refill them yourself. Well, thanks, youre never getting my business again. ✌️

This is the worst place to purchase furniture, they are rude, they think you owe them for going in to their store. Then after the rudeness you choose to purchase from them and they still show no gratitude. Two months after buying their terrible furniture you call to let them know the cushions have lost cushioning and they come to look but cant so anything about it, 2 years later having to buy knew furniture because its not holding up at all. NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

I went in last week looking for a big sectional because we just bought a house and our living room is huge! I believe it was Joe who helped me. I found the perfect sectional for a great deal. And when they went to set up a delivery date the time and day didn’t work for me so they were able to squeeze me in for the next day! The delivery guys were on time and a huge help putting my sectional together just the way I wanted it! Very friendly staff and very helpful to all your needs! When I am need for new furniture again I will definitely be going back here!

The House of Furniture has the best customer service and the best prices in town! Joe was very friendly and helpful, and he really helped us to make an informed decision about which sofa/loveseat set would be best for us. Additionally, the delivery guys were courteous and professional and set up our furniture exactly where we wanted it. We will definitely return for any furniture needs in the future!

I usually have great experience with this place. My recent purchase was forgotten. I had to call because I wasn’t given a courtesy call letting me know there was an issue. I made multiple calls trying to get what I ordered a month ago delivered before I moved. Hopefully they hold to their words this time and it comes in this Monday...

I bought a living room set from them. After about 10 month the manager Steve was still there I kept talking to him about the arm. It got a big blister on it. He kept putting me off till the warranty ran out. Then he left the business. They got a new manager in and she did every thing she could to help me as far as to getting it repaired was a very bad job of repair, she finally talked to the district manager and he had her give me a new couch,cause it had been discontinued so they had one in the warehouse in Lubbock. So thanks to her I was happy again. A very good place to buy any type of furniture. I give them a 10.. Thank you so much..

I just recently purchased new furniture. I chose to buy it from here because any other time that I visited the store everyone was always very helpful and nice. I don’t appreciate that I spent 750 paid in full on furniture and when it’s delivered they scratched my front door up. When I called to have something done about it I was told that the men who delivered it said that it was very difficult to get the furniture in because of my fireplace mantel and that he (the manager) would come Monday to look at the damage. Well here we are Monday evening and not even a call! Now I have to fork out money to fix the damage that was cause by your employee! Very unprofessional and not good for customer service. I’m very displeased with the ending results! I would definitely recommend taking your business somewhere where they take care of their paying customers

I had issues with the manager for the store..their prices are guaranteed to be the lowest but thats not the case....unless you do your homework Steve told me..they wont guarantee a low price unless you bring it to their attention. Wal-Mart will even refund you your money after your purchase if the item is cheaper at another store. I was not given the sale price off of their flyer they advertised and the table was also cheaper on the Ashley Furniture website....Steve told me that all stores guarantee the lowest price basically to get you interested...but again unless you research it yourself you wont get the lower price...you know the one House of Furnitures website promises you.....they have a no cash back return policy but thats not what I was asking for..I wanted the sale price of the item....I wasnt asking for cash..but for a credit for the sale price of the table that went on sale 2 days after I purchased it....I was also told they didnt know it was going on sale...but you have to know that in order to print the flyer and send them to all of Clovis
