I don’t plan on coming back ever again. No one bothered to acknowledge me or asked if needed help and y’all don’t ever have bug wash. So thanks for nothing. Thankfully, Chevron up the road had some. Very unimpressed. I guess it’s more important too for employees to be on their phone rather than helping customers.

Wow! For the first time ever, I was actually helped and it seemed not out of the Oh, youre bothering attitude!. What a nice addition, the parts manager, I believe his name is Terry. He was a refreshing addition to this worn down store and I hope hes still there next time. Seems this store has quite the turnaround. He was patient and was able to help me find what I needed. Ive been in this store several times before and I always felt I was an inconvience. Its nice to see a friendly person that truly wants to help you find what you need and not rush you along. Thanks Terry for my renewed interest in AutoZone.

Auto zone is consistent, and stocked pretty good.. I had to actually have them perform a diagnosis on a friends car to check a trouble lite...great job.good workers!

Called to get information on a part. Girl answering the phone sounded like I inconvenienced her and possibly woke her up when I called. Returned from hold with minimal information. I had to ask individual questions to gather the information she had about the part. When asked when the part would arrive, she interrupted and literally yelled at me about it’s delivery date. Following that interaction, I spoke with the asst. manager who was very nice and agreed the employee’s behavior was unacceptable. Would do business with the manager only and bypass any other employees after today’s experience.

The employees at AutoZone are extremely helpful. They go above and beyond with customer service, specifically Connie who works at the AutoZone in Clute, TX on Dixie Drive.

Hector, Joseph, and Connie were LIFESAVERS! My car needed more than I knew about but these three went out of there way to help it get good as new. Hector helped put in, tighten, clean, etc. everything that was needed without hesitation. Joseph and Connie helped with putting everything together and finding what was needed. I was super happy my visit and I can’t thank them enough. I haven’t repaid them for their help but I’m going to! Thank you all so much! There are still good people in the world.

Had to get a replacement break light kit. The lady was very knowledgeable and friendly on the phone and in person.

Always have great service from Autozone. They carried a spark plug for an outboard motor that OReilly doesnt stock at all.

Michael was super helpful even though he was not the sales person helping me. I was told that my battery was not going to be removed because of the location of it. Michael said he would remove the bad battery and replace it with the new one easily. He was able to do it and he did it quickly. I also learned a thing or two.

Consuelo Was so helpful she actually went out of her way to assist me with finding a tool that I needed I explained to her that I had just come from O’Reillys auto parts where the assistant manager was rude!, mind you me Consuelo is the store manager she was kind and extremely helpful! Amazing customer service, very helpful people especially one employee named Julie, came to visit Texas from Illinois, car broke down here and bought alternator but her specific store specifically didn’t have it in stock but went out of her way on her own time and went to get it for us, and top of that gave us a ride back to where our car was at. Very nice lady for helping me and my family out big time, all she asked was a great review in return. Appreciated all the big help she gave.

On May 8th I had a dead battery. When i checked with Auto Zone and spoke to the store manager Connie, I was told the full replacement warranty had just expired on May 4th, 4 days prior. I still had some prorated warranty but Connie went above and beyond and worked with me on the warranty and credited it a little more. She did not have to do this, but she did and I was very thankful. It is nice knowing folks like Connie are still out there treating customers the right way. Im not a mechanic and dont buy many parts, but will do my best to support this Auto Zone location as much as i can going forward. Thanks again Connie at store number 1430 in Clute, Tx.

Its all women who dont know nothing, one gal act like she was coming back to my car to help me and never came back. She sold be bulb grease that I had NEVER heard of. I went on down the road to get help and with a laugh when I told the guys where I had left from and what had happened.

Dropped off 2 Batt to charge Sunday night and Monday at noon during my lunch I went to pick them up. As I gave them the papers they gave me when I dropped them of I saw my batteries were still in the same place I out them Sunday night, and didnt get charged. A month be for they lost one battery. Not a gd place

Great place to get parts. Still lets you borrow a tool. Lots of knowlege in some of the redshirts. One chick didnt know the difference between a k&n air filter and the generic brands.
