Awful costumer service, cant even answer phone calls. Not even lawyers take to long to answer calls, these people are awful

Paid $2,400.00 on a Portacool unit 6 days ago used it once and it overflowed due to the gauge not working. Called the Napa store thinking they would exchange it since we just bought it. Nope, no way they said my beef was with Portacool . So beware do NOT buy from that store they dont stand behind there product or there customer. They left me hanging. I havent even registered it yet and they are telling me to deal with Portacool. Bad business if you ask me. Shame on you Napa. Youve lost my business.

Staff sold me two wrong catalytic converters.staff not knowledgeable with motor parts inspite having a computer as reference for specific parts for specific cars.very disappointed.returned the wrong parts and had to wait for a week before I could my refund.they knowingly sold me auto parts not specif to my car.

This is a real auto parts store has the largest variety in the valley the parts I couldn’t find in Oreilly’s or Autozone I found them here very pleased with the price and the personnel. They hire real experienced workers not just any youngster and put them behind a desk. I will be back soon.

The service personnel are friendly and knowledgeable about vehicles. This place gives a large discount for aaa membership and will order items for the customer and have them in store the next day. The store is small.
