BEST place to get your flour or corn tortillas!! They have very good sales on meats, vegetables and the BEST bakery!! ALSO have really good food in the kitchen like burritos, tamales, ECT.I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Prices are not that bad. Its actually a good place. I recommend the aguas and jugos de fruta. Just make sure Margarita makes them, otherwise itll be a loss lol

The store is clean and organized however, every time I shop there, there are only 3 registers open (one if them is the 10 item only) and youre having to wait in line longer than other places. It also wouldnt hurt for the employees to smile and greet you and make you feel welcome and that you shouldnt be shopping anywhere else.

I was there right when it opened it was nice and clean but only had 1 cashier the reason I went early is to be out quickly not around so many people cause I have a cold and I still had to stand in line and wait around it would be nice if the can at lease have 3 cashiers in the morning

Cárdenas is the best place to find what you are looking for. But they dont mess around with their prices. One some items they are priced decent but others are priced quite high. But other than that you cant go wrong with Cardenas. 😉

Im a paraplegic and I find all products reachable, and if any help is needed all you need is ask .....Of course like with any store Prices Could be a Little Lower.......Ha😉

I really like this little market because it makes me feel at home Im able to find almost everything I need when cooking and Atlantic Mexican food I really like the fact that they have a lot of choices you can pick from they also have fresh fruit that you could buy and Mexican treats also have lots of spices and herbs I like the fresh fruit and also love the fresh fruit drinks that they make my favorite is the watermelon one they also have a bakery and they sell food thats been cooked already in the kitchen area they also have other services like for cashing checks or even havent loan office that is inside the store but that is not part of the store its a different company but beware about that loan place because they do have a tendency of suing you if you dont pay back it happened to a cousin so if you dont know if youre going to be having reliable income I suggest you do not get a loan from that loan company just a heads up but when it comes to the store I have no complaints

Theyve very good Mexican products, I love the corn tortillas and the bread they made there. But I have to expend a lot of time waiting on line to pay. Cashiers are impolite and slow. 🤨

Walked in to the store and it was extremely hot. Im not an expert but I do know that the store needs to be cool so the produce doesnt go bad. Waited in line to pay and the person in front of me had a bag of ice, by the time he finish paying the bag had alot of water

Terrible website, not useful. I wanted to check if they sell banana bread mix and dont have the option to look for a product. Only describes the different departments which for a consumer is irrelevant. I want to be able to see whats available for me.

Awful place, the 99 cent store has better employees and better manners. We did not have to bag our own items.

Panaderia is awesome and very help full and amazing juices. However the service in the rest of the grocery part of the store can use alot of help especially at check out time.. long lines and not enough cashiers open .. Ive been here may times and at different times from morning to late at night and all Its always the same thing.. The front of house managers always chatting and not fast enough.. I rather drive down the street and bag my own groceries if u know what I mean..

There are flies where the pan dulce is at. Not just one, but plenty of flies. Pretty gross.Update: Their bread is now wrapped in bags and their areas seem to be cleaner as well.

The general rate that was given is worth it! prices are good but the lanes to pay are really long and customer services needs to improve. The cashiers need to do their job right instead of talking with their comadres. To make it worst the shorty baldy security thinks he is Rambo walking with his gun paper spray and taste gun. DUDE YOUR SECURITY NOT A COP. Please let the people do their groceries and check their bags for mothing.

Expensive. Very expensive. Prices are not clearly marked and weigh machines at the fruits/veg section are maked to show low weights. If you are not careful at check out you will end up paying alot more. The pineapple showed 2 lbs. At check out showed 6lbs.This store is a scam.

They will never open another cash register when needed. Ive had to line up all the way from the veggie aisle only to see an an employee (seemingly higher up personal) slowly sweeping by the long line of clients.show some consideration for your clients. Drop the broom and help us out. Ive also had employees also bump into me because theyre so enthralled in their phone while walking in the aisles. Terrible, fix it.

Amazing, tasty mexican desserts and foods. Prices vary but they arent too bad. My favorite thing to get there is a mexican shaved ice called a raspado. Theyre delicious.

Cardenas markets were one of the happy discoveries I made on moving to Southern California. They’re a local, family-owned chain, and they maintain very high quality. They stock a range of fruits and vegetables beyond what you find in the big chains, including a lot of items you probably have to cross the border to get otherwise. Their meats are also very fresh, prepared onsite behind a huge butcher counter. Other standouts: their in-house taquerias, their aguas frescas bar, and their fresh-made tortillas warm from the oven. One thing—many of the staff don’t speak much English. But if you live down here, you should learn some basic Spanish!

Everything is really expensive, all the price tags in the vegetable and fruit section are unclear and confusing. Furthermore if youre not carefully, the cashier can charge you more for a product and give you attitude in the process. Save your time and money, go to another grocery store.
