This is by far my favorite gamestop store. There are no words to describe and extend credit deserved to these employees.Samantha gamestop store manager at this location, has trained her staff to be above and beyond customers expectation.Every single employee is extremely knowledgable and readily available to answer any and all questions . All customers are immediately greeted the minute they enter gamestop.It has been my pleasure to be a repeat customer for years. Customer service is exceptional.! Anissa, Omar, miguel, samantha will go the extra mile to find or order a game not in stock. Their smiles laughter make you feel so comfortable.My grandson is autistic. This is his favorite store. The minute he walks into gamestop. Samantha, anissa, Omar greet him by his name.!The happiness I see in him that these employees care enough to greet him by his name.In my opinion all the staff at this gamestop deserve recognition for outstanding customer service.Rest assured every single customer receives same high quality customer service !Thank youSamantha. I always shop here; the employees have never let me down. If you need help, any employee from their team will do their best to resolve your issue. Manny, among others, have been outstanding in providing the best customer service. Its one of the many aspects that keep me from going elsewhere. All in all, it is a great store with the best employees.

Profesional atmosphere, took care of me even when it seemed I was using them as a rental spot, Guided me and now I got a new console and new games, be direct and have your receipts and youll get the help you need.

I always seem to leave this store never finding all that Im looking for. There are games they should have but dont stock and online stock says they have it when they dont. Now the staff has always been pleasant and helpful as they can be no problems there, but GameStops a dieing store and it feels like it sometimes

Really cant complain about anything that they sell. The store isnt messy and every time Ive went there the staff was super helpful. I would recommend selling your used games elsewhere though, unless you want to get rid of them urgently.

Samantha is a wonderful new addition to this store. She has a passion for the business and it shows when she tries to ensure her customers needs are met. Seldom go to GameStop these days but when I do I make it a point to go to this one first before trying my luck at the others around the Coachella valley.
