Came in for a few air filters Since my apartment complex will only give me one per quarter website said they were in stock however they were not but its kind gentleman named Josh assisted me in finding the correct ones online and insured me if they were in for I could get a refund and he was absolutely correct they are the right size

I stopped in there because I was looking for some unusual hardware pieces that you would not find easily in the big box stores. I was greeted at the door and guided by two store specialists to the various departments for the items I wanted. very friendly and knowledgeable help through the whole visit. I will visit again. theres something to be said for the local guys vs those cavernous, speed-rack shelved big-boxes. thanks you guys!

I went in to this Ace hardware store for the first time today. Ive lived here in Coachella Valley since 1991. This is the best Ace in the whole valley. well stocked with new and hard to find items. super super friendly and knowledgeable staff. the best and their prices are lower that palm desert and palm springs. try them or make them your go to hardware store.

One of the most pleasant shopping experiences Ive EVER experienced. as soon as you walk in, youre greeted, they ask you if you need help. i drove 15 miles to get my item they held for me. the store was impeccably clean and smelled good. BTW, the price of my plant caddy was $5 cheaper than Home depot. I believe in shopping at small mom and pop ran stores. 2 thumbs way up!!!!!

Everything you need in one great store

They are open all week long. Unlike the other local hardware businesses. They welcomed me right away and pionted me in the right direction. Everyone was very helpful. They had eveything l needed. I am grateful for this establishment in my loved city of Coachella!

Ace the most unhelpful place. What they say they have in stock they don’t and the employees could care less about helping out. Seems like bad management too bad

Our water heater burner went out last night. So of course today were on the mission to find a replacement part. We entered the store and Giovanni helped us. He showed us what they had there in stock and turns out the part needs to be ordered which would arrive on Monday. He also explain the part is returnable if it didnt work. He also went out of his way to check their website to see if another Ace in the area had the part where were looking for. he also check Lowes website and home depots to see if they had the part we needed. Giovanni had great customer service not only did he try to help but went out of his way to help us find the part we needed. I give Ace hardware in Coachella five-star for the customer service that I received from Giovanni.

I go to this store often and always have a good experience. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this store!

Expensive. I didnt understand why they have a bunch of pvc glue thats for 6inch pipe and they dont sell 6inch pipe and its in with 1inch to 1/2 pipe section. So no wonder I got the wrong glue the 1st time and had to go back to find the only 1 kind for that sections pipe in the 12 different kinds for pipe they dont sell.

Went into my local Ace store in Coachella, Ca. looking for a locking door knob and dead bolt. They had a good amount of choices and good prices. My only negative remark is that I thought its a pretty small store. What I happen to be looking for was one of the bigger areas. I know it hasnt been long since opening, so I hope product items will expand. I would like to make this my one and only place I need to go for all my household repair items.

Customer service nonexistent. 3 employees, Im the only customer and no one greeted. When I found what I was looking for (my 1st time in ACE) I realized it was a few dollars more than at Home Depot or Walmart so I changed my mind. However I decided to browse and decide wether I would come back. Instantly I felt like I was under surveillance. Did they approach and ask if I needed help, NEVER. Conclusion I wont shop there again and my message to this newly acquired business in the City of Coachella is STOP PROFILING YOUR CUSTOMERS. Ill continue to shop LOPES HARDWARE on 6th Street. Mr Torres Sr and Jr greet everyone, are helpful and let you browse without feeling like your under surveillance.
