Portable Air was super responsive with great communication, making me feel like our job really mattered and that we’d be well taken care of. Also their pricing was fair and everyone on their team was knowledgeable – real pros! Will be using them again.

These guys were great! one call for everything!! we needed someone to provide us portable A/Cs while our unit was down. I made one phone call and they were out there within the day and installed exactly what we need. I called them later with a question on a unit after the install and left a message, they called me back within minutes to resolve the issue. when we were done w/the units they were out there promptly to pick them up. Great guys, great team!!

We hosted a large event in 2 airplane hangars without air conditioning and with an outside area with mosquitos. We also needed electricity for about 20 of our exhibitors, air conditioned potty’s, and more. The mobile cooling fans helped keep air moving and the staff were respectful and kind.

We were having a wedding reception for our daughter in Orlando on November 2nd at a venue that was only partially air conditioned. The bar area/cocktail hour area were fully air conditioned but the main area where the reception and dance floor were were without air. We had no idea that the temps would still be in the 90’s that time of year which sent us scrambling a few days prior to the big day. We found this company with help of our wedding planner. We rented the 25 ton unit and we paired that with 4 portable cooling units and everyone was comfortable. They were easy to work with and did everything they said that they would. I would definitely not hesitate to use them again!

I manage a business in Houston, TX. The last week of August our AC unit went down. Let’s say hot and humid doesn’t begin to describe the conditions. I reached out to Portable AC. Krista, who actually lives in Florida and was preparing for a hurricane Bernie, was my knowledgeable and assured me they could cool our 12000 sq ft facility. I’m going to be honest, when the techs arrived to install the units there were a few bumps. But there are bumps in a lot of things we sit out to do. What impressed me with Portable Air is they didn’t stop until it was right. The boss, Roy, actually came out on a holiday weekend and was there until late into the night to insure we were up and running. They were quick to respond and professional throughput the entire process.

Portable AC was a pleasure to work with. Steve, the salesman I worked with, was very prompt to respond and the service they offer for the value was excellent. Will definitely work with them again when I need emergency temporary cooling.

The people who work for Portable A/C could not be more professional and helpful. We lost power for Hurricane Irma and they came to our rescue with a spot cooler we could run through our generator to keep our room nice and cold. They have upstanding employees who are very willing to answer any and all questions. I would definitely use them again if needed!

He sent me information, links to a website, and explained the cooling systems in language I could understand.
