I just had a cracked windshield replaced and FastRite got the job done with top-notch, next-day service. Adam is the man! He called prior to his arrival and gave an ETA. When he arrived, he was extremely professional, explaining everything during the replacement process. They were fantastic! My windshield got a huge spider crack late on July 3rd. My insurance wanted us to use another company who couldn’t get to us until next week. A friend recommended FastRite to us and they were able to come out first thing on July 5. They worked directly with our insurance company, too! It was so easy to use them. They were prompt and courteous. The staff I spoke with to schedule the appointment (Irma) and Adam, the technician were so nice and super accommodating. The new windshield looks great and I would def. recommend them to anyone!

One phone call and they did all the paperwork with the insurance. They replaced my windshield the next morning in only one hour. My crack was not that big but because it was in line of sight the insurance company wanted whole windshield replaced.Extremely professional and courteous. The company is relatively new but the employees all have extensive experience.Highly recommend and would definitely use again should the need arise.

One of the most painless processes I have ever dealt with with a car. Adam was right on time and finished the job quickly. They kept in touch throughout the whole process as well. They even cleaned my car after they finished. The fit was spot on and shined like a new penny. Blown away at the level of this service. Fast rite did a great job on my 370z. From past experiences with Safelite they make you feel like they’re the only company around and you’re just a number . Fast rite was responsive from the first call and showed a willingness to earn your business because they know you have a choice. Their service was quick and my new windshield was perfectly sealed with no vibration at all from a loose rear view mirror. They have earned my business for the future .

John was very helpful in getting my windshield replaced. The work was done by Mike and one other gentleman I cannot recall, A+++ 5 stars 10/10 job. Only took them 30 minutes to replace the windshield on my Mazda. I would highly recommend Fastrite Autoglass for any job!

Waking up to 12 vehicles broken into within your complex, the experience was angering but more frustrating with amount of damage caused and nothing was taken. Thank God for FastRite. They were in the complex helping one of my neighbors and ended up helping me and 2 other neighbors get our vehicles secured within the same day or the next morning. They are very caring and professional and treat you like family. And most of all very affordable. Bye bye Safellite. Thank you all so much!!! I will be back for any future needs. They arrived at the scheduled time. The installer was very friendly and had the new windshield installed very quickly. I have already referred a friend of mine so she can get her windshield replaced.

I rarely take the time to do surveys but every once in awhile a company comes along and just blows me away so I felt compelled to give them one. They took care of me from the call to the install. The customer service Rep Tina was patient and very accommodating to my tough schedule to meet. The Technician Chris showed up exactly during the time we scheduled for which was already better then the previous company I called(Safelite) to service my vehicle. He explained every step of the installation and was informative to me and my curious family who watched every step of the way. When he was finished he cleaned and vacuumed my entire car which was a pleasure especially after all the rain we have had in South Florida. I am so glad my State Farm agent recommended these folks after the first one I called was a debacle. I will never call Safelite again as they showed up a day late and with the wrong part. Then to tell me it would take another week to get my vehicle back on the schedule. Then called Fastrite and was serviced same day. Fastrite customer for life. Thank you

FastRite technician, Brian Ogman, contacted me prior to his arrival, arrived when he said he would, was very courteous and professional, explained the repair process and expectation, performed the repair in a timely manner, went over the result with me, and cleaned up the work area before leaving.
