Another one of the better publix. Employees are friendlier. Seems to have a good merchandise selection more in stock. However overpriced.

This store is clean with friendly service and we can usually find what we are looking for.I dont like the new paint on the outside of the plaza. The designer must have been color blind. The old look was much preferred, but Publix may not have had anything to do with that.

Dont waste your time going to this Publix for ready to eat food most of the time there is little to none to chose from. You would think that at 11:40 am they would have ready to eat lunch items in the rack or reach in for the lunch crowd. WRONG not 1 salad not 1 full ready to microwave and eat meal. This is a regular occurrence at this location. Just a waste of limited lunch time from work.

Avoid Giselle from the deli department. She doesnt follow the special instructions for online orders for Subs. I get in there to pick up my sub, only to find out it isnt prepared. I asked about my order and all she had to say was Oh,we dont have any wheat bread. Common sense would be to call and notify me of this. The store itself is great.

Modern Publix with the new tech (self-checkout and Google/Apple Pay). Always has what Im looking for and of course the BOGOs!

I used to really like this publix, customer service was always at a high but it seems over the past 3 years it is slowly dwindled. Today I go in to the deli try to buy a sandwich thats on sale they give me the one thats not on sale even though I pointed at the sign and said this is what I wanted. One of the managers triedto help but I was too impatient to wait around for a $1.50 It did not seem worth my time Im very disappointed.

This is my neighborhood Publix. Everything is always clean and everyone is friendly. The deli needs more staff. Seems to only ever be 1 person cutting coldcuts and a ton of people wondering around in the back. Be prepared to wait at least 15mins or more.

Worst deli layout in any publix.. dont have the sense to change things around to accommodate people waiting on lines which is always

This Publix is below average compared to the other two in the area on 441 and Hillsboro.The Deli is a joke.(SLOW) they don’t have the Grab and go sliced meats and cheeses like the other 2 do.Natures own Whole Grain (red label) never is stocked but the other 2 seem to have it.The store just has a Grungy feel to it

Kind of frumpy. Only a 3 star for me. Has pretty much what other publix have. High end pricing and same products. Not overly friendly.

This is my local Publix. The employees are super friendly and I usually don’t have a problem finding everything I need.

This Publix always provides a pleasant grocery shopping experience. I love that they have Dragon Fruit, Chayote, and Jack Fruit in the produce section (not commonly found at other grocery stores). Of the 3 local Publix in my area which are all good, this one is my default.

They just finished remodeling (added self check out) looks great. I would give a higher rating but they refuse to put the boars head pre sliced meat and cheese display back out. The deli area is packed most of the time and there isnt much room to socially distance

This store has declined in quality of food and food conditions. Staff is okay but not like it was before unless you know veteran workers. The self check-out is alright but makes people crazy.

Wide selection, good quality produce, and reasonable prices.

This location just added Self-Checkout. Much needed addition. The only thing I dont like about this location is that they dont carry dry ice. Not good for a person that buys dry-ice frequently. Other Publix carry dry-ice.

Suad (pronounced swad) is extremely rude, she often treats customers with condescension and even outright disdain. And she works in the customer service section of all places. What did they do?, have a meeting at corporate, and someone suggested…-Lets put the surly one with the repugnant demeanor in customer service, and well have the nice pleasant people stocking shelves-…-Yeah, I see how that could work, good thinking Johnson-.Anyone who worked in a grocery store in their youth knows the politics regarding who gets to work customer service. I wont get into that.Now granted, all supermarket employees are heros who have selflessly risked their lives for strangers, and for very little pay mind you. And they dont get the acknowledgment nor gratitude of first responders and health-care workers etc.. However; Suad has been like that for years, long before the pandemic. And I cant be the only customer whos noticed.Theres almost an irony to this. The name Suad originates from the Arabic word for happiness. Yeah, keep spreading happiness Suad. You ray of sunshine you.Publix has been at the center of a great deal of controversy and national media coverage since this review was posted, for reasons I wont get into. However; I will, state this, anyone who thinks that a boycott against a company of this size would be futile, keep this in mind. The mark-up and profit margins in the grocery business are paper thin. Thats why there are so few small independent grocery stores today. And the constant upgrading and remodeling of stores is costly. Lets just say, Publix is far more financially vulnerable than most likely think it is.Hey look, someone gave this review a thumbs-up, must have been Suads husband.

Customer service in each department is consistently really pleasant.New staff in meat and fish department. Older gentleman with gray hair and younger guy with glasses— GREAT service, friendly and willing to help. Service throughout the store has gotten better and better these last couple of years. Considering Publix higher prices, the service lately is worth it. Doing more and more of my shopping there, instead of just fish.Meat and fish department guys are rude and definitely dont want to be bothered, except for a black guy in his 30s whos wonderful in the fish department.

Pharmacist Mitchell was the the angel on my Christmas Eve night. My daughter got very ill and was given a prescription that cost almost $400 when I came up short he pulled his credit card out of his own pocket and pay the remaining balance. Not only was the store closed and had spent over an hour and a half trying to get in touch with my insurance that was closed he kept a smile on his face. I am so grateful to him so is my daughter!!!!! Thank you my Angel Mitchell!!!

Clean, modern, well arrayed, and staffed with reasonably eager and kind staff, the Publix experience is pretty much as good as it can get at this location. My only complaint is with the access to Lyons Road, something that is no fault of the store. One of my regular haunts for quality and reasonable deals.

Aisles of the store were well stocked and clean. A man in the bakery section was very nice and helped us find what we were looking for. We waited at least a half hour for a couple pounds of meat in the deli section. Before it was our turn we walked around the store for awhile, came back, and the same people were there waiting before us. Slow service and they seemed like they didn’t want to be there at all as far as the deli area. Cashier was friendly and fast.

This Publix is different than the others Ive been to. Deli is so slow and very rarely do they have certain item that are readily available at other publix. But the managers, bakery and cashiers are helpful.
