Jeff who is the owner of this company is a poor representation of Tint World. Beware, he is a con artist who sell a product/service and does not take responsibility for his work when faulty or stand behind the 10 year warranty provided. In Dec. 2018 they installed a protectant film over a brand new Tesla that was delivered from the showroom to Tint World on the same day. This film left spot on numerous places on my car, including the front of the car, side panels and mirrors. I have brought it back a few times to discuss this with him. Jeff doesn’t want to take responsibility and wants to place blame on Tesla stating Tesla has known paint issues. Funny There we’re no brown spots on the area where no film was installed no of the spots on other parts of the car. His second excuse was that the car must have been parked underneath a tree. If the product is suppose to protect the car, then why were there not spots on where the film wasn’t installed? I brought the vehicle to another professional detail business who does installs film on cars, which stated without a doubt the product was installed incorrectly and was poor quality and poor workmanship. I asked Tint World to remove the film, and fix the problem. He refused to remove the product without a $500 additional fee on top of the over $4000 I spent.The idea was to bring the car to him to protect the car not to have additional problems the car was taken to him right from the showroom paying close to $4500 to have this car protected for him to try to tell me I wasn’t taking care of the car. The car now has less than 27,000 miles on it and is garage kept. The pictures don’t do it justice. Don’t be fooled like I did at Tint World, 5450 W Hillsboro Blvd Coconut Creek, FL

After searching around for a quality tint job for my car, Jeff had the best deal with warranty. I was able to bring my car in just an hour before closing, and my car was done in about 30 minutes! Theyre installers are top notch. Everyone is friendly and professional. Oh and to top it off, they honor a 10% discount for Military, First responders, etc!!! I have nothing but nice things to say about Jeff and his crew at this Tint World. Came in to get a sound system install on my Toyota Camry and Jeff recommended me Arc Audio for my specific build and needs. I trusted his opinions and judgement and went for it. Let me tell you this system sounds crystal clear and bumps like a beast! Think I’ll go deaf soon by how good it sounds! Tim who installed the system was very professional and spent all day on my car to make sure everything sounds amazing like it did. I was very impressed with Tint World in Coconut Creek. I got my cars windows tinted three years ago at a different Tint World (this one in Coconut Creek wasnt open yet) and I recently scratched the tint in one of the windows. I went in to the Coconut Creek location and made an appointment to get that window re-tinted. As I was waiting inside the store, for what seemed like only 15 minutes (theyre super quick), Jeff and Sophia asked me if I had done my tints at another Tint World. I said yes and they asked me if I still had the receipt. I checked in my glove box and sure enough it was there. They took a look at it and told me that my window tint was still under warranty and that I would have to pay nothing! Zero dollars. I was surprised because I didnt realize that, after three years, the tints were still under warranty. I thought that was really great of them to bring the warranty up and see if I still had it. Instead of making a quick buck, they wanted to take care of their customer. As a result, they made a customer for life! Jeff and Sophia are a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable about their products. And honest too! Thank you both, I will be back again soon!

Love this place!!! My service dog was getting blasted by the sun in the back seat of our truck. So I stopped at tint world to see how they could help us.They explained what they could do, the types of tints, level of tint and whats state legal to help me make my best decision.They explained the process to me, how there may be bubbles afterwards but likely will go away in 48 hours etc. I did have 4 bubbles on one window,, and as said they were gone in 2 days.The also placed stickers over my window buttons as reminders to not open them for a few days until they settled which I thought was just a nice extra touch.Well we made the appt for a week later. The day of the appt. We show up and they take my vehicle in right away. Couple hours later my truck came out and it looked AMAZING!!IM SUPER HAPPY WITH THE TINT!!! MY Service dog 🐕‍🦺 can now relax in the back seat without the sun pounding him.Huge thank you to Sophia & Jeff, and also to the rest of their staff.Great place, super friendly, great work, really good prices.They also give discounts to Veterans & 1st responders.Ill go back to get more stuff done.LOVE THIS PLACE!!

From when you first walk in the place is super clean and youre greeted with a friendly hello. Mike the sales manager and Jeff the owner are very friendly and knowledgeable of their products. The showroom is so clean and they have coffee and water for their customers. The prices are right and service was quick. I would definitely go back for other services that I need.

Super friendly and very knowledgeable staff! Very clean, organized, and well kept shop! Much better location and atmosphere than others Ive been to. Had a GPS tracker installed and they explained all the ins and outs. Very satisfied with quality of work done to restore the finish on all four of my 19 inch 2007 Infiniti M35 sport wheel rims at the Coconut Creek Florida location. During the initial phone call, it was Sofia who recommended powder coating, sandblasting, and painting as the best option. Sofias customer focus and friendly demeanor really helped in my decision to move forward to let them do the work. She was even nice enough to give me a ride back after the dropping the car off early the next morning. During the drop off, the manager explained the entire process in detail including projected completion time. Well, they not only cut the time needed but the results were outstanding. My wheel rims only looked this good when I purchased the new car 14 years ago. There were no absolutely mars, scratches, or flaws whatsoever in the paint finish for all 4 wheel rims. I was so happy I listened to the Sofia and the manager, who was honest, friendly, and went the extra mile for me. I say that because the manager ordered new wheel nuts after discovering one lug nut was missing and knew I wanted to update my old tarnished lug nuts. The store was also immaculate and highly organized and the waiting room had all the comforts needed. I’ve had windows tinted here for a few cars and I recently got a hitch installed for my vehicle.The service and experience have been positive all times with no complaints.The reason for a missing star is because although they do offer many accessories which can be ordered, such as a hitch, they are usually at full price instead of lower prices found at other places.I was able to find my hitch brand new at a much better price online.

Just got my GLC 43 back today after having the PPF for the front clip and ceramic coating done. The car looks great even on a wet, ugly day like today!Jeff was great to deal with. Don’t get fooled by their Ceramic coating service. They advertise lifetime warranty and that it’s scratch resistant, self cleaning, hydrophobic and low maintenance. Then when you bring it in because it loses all those properties. They tell you all the random reasons they can’t honor their warranty. They claim my detailer didn’t hand wash my car and used rags that caused scratches and the coating is all gone. Hmmm. So it isn’t low maintenance or scratch resistant like their website claim. Also, it’s 200 a year for the “yearly” maintenance in order to keep your warranty. They don’t disclose that to you upfront either. I would NEVER do business with them again.

Saying they did a great job would be an understatement for sure. Found these guys from a Facebook ad and decided to finely get my window a much needed retint. I will definitely be coming back to tint our other car with them.

Tinted the car perfectly with carbon coating but thats where it ends. They offer additional services that they dont come through on. I made an appointment a week ago for detailing and tinting. Arrived 15 minutes early to find out that the tinting guy and the detailing guy are running late both of them. The 2 hours I was quoted at the time of the consult turned into 3 or more. I didnt hear from them for 4 hours so I called them. They said the job was finished ages ago. They couldnt call me. Then when I get there they neglected to tell me that they didnt have the equipment on site to handle the detailing. Then they go into a long list of aftercare that I feel should have been brought up when I had my consult. Lack of communication between departments and customers, lack of preparation for services offered, and an inability to offer a solution to a problem mean that this place did not live up to my expectations...

I found the staff at Tint World to be very professional. They were able to get me in quickly. They have a nice lounge to wait in and are nearby to a few places you can walk to while you wait.

Ive used Tint World chain for my other cars, and was consistently pleased with results. The Coconut Creek location did not disappoint. They recommended the best tint to match factory tinted back windows (and it was not the most expensive one), and the results are great.In the past, there were no issues with durability if their tint on sevelar florida vehicles, expecting long life out if this one as well.

I was taken care of really well at this location. I had my windows tinted and car detailed, and the results speak for themselves!My car had calcium deposits deep in the paint due to a poorly setup irrigation system, and they went above and beyond to make sure they came out as much as possible at no extra charge.Would highly recommend to friends and family!

Beware the lifetime warranty scam offered by Mr. Moolevliet at tint world. They will come up with anything to avoid doing free work. During my first visit he was very hesitant with dealing with the warranty and seemed to try to deter me. 3 of my 5 windows had bubbles/cracks so they said only the 3 will be replaced, I said fine. Then he said he only had tints of lighter shades so Ill have 2 different shades of tints in my car. Again I said fine and he told me to come back another day when its sunnier for the back windshield. Second visit they took my car and 6 hours later called saying the windows are not covered by the warranty cause I have used a cleaning product with chemicals thats causing the cloudiness/haziness. I havent cleaned those windows for years so I knew he was full of it. Got home and with a wet rag I wiped away the ammonium that reacted with my window. No integrity or honor in his word so be careful with the lifetime warranty cause he can say anything that will void it.

If your in the Coconut Creek area and need some advise on audio, wheels, tint, accessories and more, do yourself a favor and stop in and ask for Jeff. I originally just called to get some help on an odd ball wiring harness/ data interface for my girlfriends 2007 Pontiac G5 GT, Jeff was beyond knowledgeable and patient in explaining things in depth so I could better understand the electrical and math behind building a car system. If your planning on installing yourself or having a company do it, don’t go to the swap shop... just don’t, obviously it’s more expensive to go literally anywhere else but for clean professional work backed by warranty and great customer service go see this tint world.

I went in to ask about tint and detailing. Jeff & Michael educated me on the different products they offer. I wound up tinting the windows on my Excursion and doing a wrap and ceramic coating on my Yukon. Now that is has been a couple of months, I am happy to report that the wrap and ceramic coating look amazing! The Yukon looks better than the day we drove off the showroom floor. Thank you Michael & Jeff for guiding me in the right. In addition, the customer service was 5 stars.

For those of you that were told your tint is has a lifetime warranty dont be fooled. Dont pay the extra. I tried using my my receipt and showed them how the tint is damaged and to see if they would help me out in anyway and they told me oh its purple, it was not purple. Oh this tint is done I cant fix that they tell me and I ask where on the receipt does it say no warrentee after 9 years it says lifetime of the car and they didnt want to help me out at all a loyal customer for over 10 years no more because now I know the warranty is only as good as the person giving you the receipt and dont try to complain to corporate they ignore you. Buyer beware vote with your dollars go anywhere else than this location. They didnt even have a worker on staff it was only the owner working Im sure the corporate office would like to know how the franchises are treating there warrentee like a joke.

Im giving them a one star for the following reason. We made an appointment a week in advance to plan our day. The appointment was for 11:30 am and we were promised the job would take 1hr and 30 min. My wife sat there for 4hr to get window tints on a 4dr Camry.I did question the associate that did our invoice why the delay, which she did apologize. Here is why the one star, another associate tries to compare our wait to a doctors office visit as we should except the delay. Also, several times the associate told my wife that it was almost done, if she would have just been honest with how long it was going to take my wife could have made arrangement to get picked up and not have to wait the 4hrs.

Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. These guys know what they’re taking about and look out for customers. They tell you what your options are and let you make the decision. They don’t pressure or try to upswell you on anything. Would recommend to family and friends!

Your complaint has been assigned case # 90606000). my next step is filing a major complaint with the FL AG tomorrow morning after what i experineced there. please dont ever use this company! horrible people and practices.

Wonderful Service! I went in to get my Mini Cooper fully tinted and ceramic coded. I was surprised how perfect everything came out!! The showroom is beyond impressive, clean and comfortable for waiting, it even has a small table for kids. The main guys Mike and Jeff were so nice and accommodating. I’ve used this business 2 timesHyundai 2018 Car 1 removed bubbled tint from my rear window installed by another company. The tint failed due to the rear defroster. Did an amazing job very clear no problems. Installed UV tint to my windshield. Also did an amazing job it keeps the car very cool.Acura 2010 Car 2. I bought a new head unit, the older vehicle had zero hookups for iPhones and no GPS. After a week of trying to install it myself I gave up due to an amplifier whine. They isolated the whine, installed backup camera, and configured the steering wheel controls. Stellar job.Lastly the tech was nice enough to listen to the steps I’d taken to install the cables/harness and provide constructive information to advise what I’d done wrong. Ie needing to bypass the factory amps ect. I’m 100% a tinkerer and enjoy doing things like radio installs but professionals are professionals and I appreciate the input.I will of course use them in the future.

I scheduled to have the windows on my new car tinted and came prepared with enough work to keep me busy for over an hour while I planned to wait. I barely sat down and got myself organized when Jeff told me my car was done. I couldn’t believe it! They definitely exceeded my expectations!

I had my windows tinted, chrome delete on window trim and an ultimate car detail.Window tint: I got the ceramic film since I was looking for dark but not blackout and also wanted to keep the inside of my car cooler. The clarity is second to none and looks amazing. It’s more expensive but so far, it definitely seems to be worth it.Chrome Delete: I bought a used car so the window trim had oxidization marks all over it. Not only that, but the black window trim looks perfect with the windows tinted. Recommend a chrome delete for everyone. It’s a nice styling feature that I didn’t even realize it could be done but very happy I did.Ultimate Detail: Since my car was used, there was some debris/ particles stuck on the paint and tar marks in the wheel wells. I wanted them to clay bar which was included in this package. Tint World did an amazing job on the detail. Car paint was as smooth as butter when I ran my hand across it. It basically looked brand new!Overall, I’m extremely happy I took my car to Tint World. They did a great job on everything and exceeded all of my expectations. We called and went to the Coconut Creek Location after driving down from Canada. the Florida Sun was hotter than we expected so wee decided to get our BMW tinted. When we walked in the door, we were not only greeted, but greeted at the door, welcomed in & offered a beverage. Jeff and his staff were not only friendly but also ran us through the different tint packages available. My husband and I truly felt that the team at this store not only cared about what they sold, but cared that what they sold was going to be the best fit for us, our budget and vehicle. No pressure sales, no hustle, just a truly caring staff that made us feel comfortable with our choice. The workmanship was amazing and meticulous. They obviously spared no expense and take great pride in their store. From painted floors to an Air conditioned shop.. This place is amazing!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their vehicles tinted! So, I called spoke to Joe about a tint service, he suggested that I come in, and look at the packages that they offer, as well as the different shades of tint available..Wait what? Shades? I thought it was dark, and darker...who knew? Anyway, I went in that day looked at the packages and wide array of shades... badda bing! Needless to say I picked the ultimate package, when you go its the one just before the supreme, it comes with a lifetime warranty(and they do give you a certificate that states it), Joe was great he also waived the $50 fee for the tint removal. I am truly satisfied...Thanks again guys!

I was referred to this Tint World Location by my dealer. After reading through reviews online (both good and bad) I went to the Coconut Creek store to feel them out. I was greeted by the staff and owner personally ( Who is a Corvette guy Himself) I was very pleased by the treatment of Mike and Jeff who both took me through every facet of the tint, paint protection film and Ceramic coating packages. Their knowledge of the products and hands on demo of the services blew my mind. I felt like I walked into a specialty boutique rather than an auto shop.. Spotless and clean, comfortable waiting area, they had fresh coffee and water at the ready, and even a super comfy couch while I sat and waited for the tint to be completed. The Owner took me through the install area to show me how they do things different than other shops. The owner staff and team at this store left no details untouched.. Even their garage is air conditioned to remove dust! They are very customer focused, non pressuring, friendly and funny... My tint looks amazing.. This is definitely not what I would have expected from a tint shop or any auto shop! I cant wait to see what my Vette looks like after the protection film and Ceramic Coating is completed.. Their prices are competitive considering the quality of work. I wish I could give this store 10 stars! If you love your car new or old, this store is a home run! Kudos Tint World!!!

These guys are awesome, their store and staff are amazing they provide excellent service and have a good knowledge of what they’re doing and selling. I walked in expecting to have to schedule an appointment for my window tint job but they did it that day, and within two hours the job was done. These guys are fast but do a quality job for a really good price.

This team has exceptional service. Their storefront is immaculate. I went in to get two of my windows re-tinted, and ended up also getting my headlights sanded and a detail job done. My headlights look like new, my car inside and out looked like new, and the tint job was perfect. Im sending everyone to this store, and recommend going here if youre looking to get any of the above done. Prices are reasonable too!

They wrapped my 2017 Golf R entire front end from doors forward and did an amazing job. The bumper & grill were especially intricate with many cut outs. After the job was complete there were a few minor areas that needed attention/correction and Jeff there was most accommodating to satisfy the customer me. I would recommend this Tint World location to anyone with the highest rating. Jeff even took me on a tour of the facility and I was amazed how spotless the work area was compared to other places that work on cars. Thanks Jeff.

Not only was the service amazing, but the customer service cant be beat! They are really informative when it comes to describing types of tints to customers and they are really affordable! I was recommended from a friend to go to tint world. He said go to tint world in coconut creek and ask for lou because he trusts her since she took cared of his two cars and another friend of ours, two cars as well. I went in today and explained who sent me and everything. Sweet girl. She was happy to hear about her buddy sending me and was happy to help. I ask her a few questions and she was great with helping me and gave me a set price for my car, and explained about the package to me, which was very helpful.Till, two men walked in. Jeff and Jason, I kid not I felt disrespected because the one with the vape wouldn’t stop vaping, it got to the point it was coming to my face and I was annoyed by it and the smell, I asked nicely to stop vaping because it was burning my throat and he did, but he just started up again a few minutes later, especially talking when smoke comes out seems to be disrespectful to me.The other one was loud acting like we’re on the opposite side of the world and kept talking when I already knew what I wanted. I know business need to up sell to make a living which I’m fine with. Yet he wouldn’t stop after I said no to rock lights and a few other.This poor young lady just sat there quiet, she would try and speak and they cut her off yet demanded her to do this and that so quickly. It got to the point, I walked away. I wouldn’t give my service to a place that can’t respect customers choices or a young lady in that matter. I got into my car and left. Feeling bad and not happy.
