Easy in and out. The associate gave credit for all lines activation fees. Had to go to store to receive the credit but they did it right away. Better service than tmo stores.

This was the worst experience and changing phone services and phones that we have ever had! First we were there for hours to finally realize that they don’t use their own Internet but piggyback off of the shopping center. Needless to say, after hours, we had to leave the store and go home to finish downloading our old phones. Our associate promised us a $90 bill credit but claimed we had to come back for it. Came back and it was still not handled. Left another sales person our information and he said he would give it to a district manager who would then take care of it and give us our refund. Needless to say 5 months later we still do not have our credit! Also, Because I was so disgusted with the customer service, I called AT&T and they proceeded to tell me that they didn’t even give us the proper plan and we were paying way more than we should have been. Avoid this franchise at all costs! Not a reputable store!

Gabriel is an amazing salesperson, pleasant and knowledgeable. In no time he assisted with the transfer of files from one phone to the next. I would absolutely visit this store for any further cell phone needs.

From I called and made contact i was impressed with the friendly welcoming attitude of Gabriel, I purchased two new iPhones for my children and traded in the iPhone 8 they had, the staff were helpful, informative, courteous through the entire process, I did not get the other young mans name but all the employees were in their zone, this will be my new location even though I live 11 miles away. Great job gentlemen, we often find it easy to complain and slow to compliment. They earned this review. 5 star service with pleasant attitudes.

From the moment I walked into this location I felt my needs would be taken care of. Mariah greeted me with sincerity as well as Gabe. They took care of issues that 611 could not. They were knowledgeable, had excellent customer care skills, and resolved my issues with my phone plan. Between 611 and the AT&T store at Glades Road and 411 I was going to move to a different carrier immediately. (We have been with you for 20 years). The Glades location ONLY cares about sales. NO customer service skills. They are horrible!!!! Thank you for this store personnel. They deserve recognition. The manager is super, Also!!

Gabriel and Deangelo were amazingly helpful to me when I lost my phone! They took hour’s assisting me at a time when I was lost. I will be coming back to this store for these men’s help and assistance for all my needs ... and sending my friends!

Overcharged and poor customer service. I purchased a Samsung S10e during a promotional sale in June. The sales associate gave me 2 service agreement options. Ive called the store 4 times since I purchased the phone because Im being charged more than what I agreed upon at the store. Each time Ive called, Ive been told the issue would be corrected and that I would receive a call back after they spoke to their manager. Im still waiting. I want the store to honor their agreement. AT&T store, heres your opportunity to make good on the agreement.

My experience here was amazing. The associate Dangelo helped with all my problems and had an answer for all my questions. A well deserved 5 stars and highly recommend coming to this store.

There were many frustrating issues with my last backup on an old iphone but Mariah was very patient and tried many things to make the transfer work.

Amazing customer service from Gabriel at the Coconut Creek/ Hillsboro ATT location! What I thought to be a major internet problem on my phone, turned out to be minor and Gabriel fixed it in minutes! He was also available to answer addition questions....kudos to Gabriel!!! He is fantastic!!

Jason is an asset to this company. He helped myself and others in my new construction community to finally get internet service. This was outside of his job function but he kept at it and kept escalating until it was finally resolved. Instead of waiting 2 or more months to get connectivity, we got in about 1 month. Without Jasons help, no one could tell us exactly when we would have service. I did want to mention that Nima who works in this store is useless. He was the original point of contact and gave a fake contact email address and did not answer his phone or a text message about status. My suggestion is to never deal with Nima, and just deal with Jason for all your needs because he is competent and actually cares.

Horrible service. The owner sold me a business service in December 2019, promised $100 credit per line after the 3rd month and I never received it. Went back to the store 5 times, the employees wrote my information down so the owner can call me back to resolve the problem and that never happened. Super upset with the service and promises. Don’t sell something that you can’t honor.

I was sold something I was never told I was buying!All that was said youll be getting a fourth line for the same price!Then today, I look at the details on my att account and theres a $600 phone in there!This is apparently standard practice for att since I mentioned the story to a friend and he had the same issue happen about three weeks ago!
