If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered something for my daughter for Christmas, but she was totally uninterested in it, so I wanted to return it. I looked on their website, and could not find any return policies listed on their website. I emailed the company, and found out that they disclose the return policy on the invoice that they send with the object. Their return policy is a 25% restocking fee, plus 5% credit card fee, if returning to a credit card, plus you pay for the shipping back. This is totally unacceptable...it is very shady to disclose the return policy AFTER you already receive the item. You can not make an educated decision about ordering from a company when you only have half of the information. Very disappointed with this company...totally taking advantage of the consumer.
