My pool needed some remodeling.From the start I called Jeff from PH Pools, he came out right away to see my pool ( it took 2 weeks just to get a call back at Another Pool company I was shopping with ).We determined Pool needed diamond bright and new tile. We began work according to his availability on his calendar. Everything went as planned and scheduled. I’m extremely happy with his work and service. Any questions I had or concerns he picked up my calls right away. ( very rare now days ). I would definitely recommend Jeff and PH pools.Being I was so happy with his service and Work, I came back to him for a Heating pump we just installed. Thank you ! Jeff for the perfect experience.

Jeff ( from the Plantation location ) remodeled my pool 06/2019. Horrible job, was never happy with the quality, but they didnt do anything to correct it. Now 2 years later, I have a bubble coming up through the diamond brite and its now a hole. Since the Plantation store is closed I made contact with John in Coconut Creek so he could come look at it. That was over a week ago, no reply to my messages. Buyer beware!!!!Been well over a month now, John is completely ignoring me. I have a feeling they are going out of business.

While doing market research from Central Florida down to South Florida, I came across Ph Pool & Spa Supplies and purchased a heat pump. John is friendly, professional and provided outstanding customer service. I would recommend this company.

They did some work on my pool and I am supper pleased with the job. Would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them. John and the entire team are great and make the whole process easy and low stress.

The only reason for the 5 stars is John. He’s always helpful when I need it and even answers my cell phone when I need help on his days off. When I first became a customer John was there to help with things that he wasn’t even supposed to help me with and he did it as a courtesy. I never owned a pool before and he showed me the basics of how the whole system worked. I definitely feel comfortable working with PH pool and spa supplies and would recommend them to friends and family.

These guys are FABULOUS! I called them on a Sunday afternoon because I was having problems with my pool. Robby and John came over to my house within 15 minutes and explained everything I needed. They got me set up with a service contract and Robby came a couple of days later and took care of my pool. When he was finished, my pool was crystal clear and beautiful. Robby has been coming every week ever since, and he has even come a couple of times because I wasnt sure if I had a problem or not. Every day, my pool looks beautiful and crystal clear. I cannot say enough about Robby because he knows just about everything there is to know about pools. Whenever I ask a question, he takes the time to really explain how everything works etc. In my opinion, he is an expert and there is no way I will ever let anyone else take care of my pool. This company is THE BEST! Hire them and you definitely will not be sorry! 5 stars all the way!

John refuses to pay for the heat exchange in our Hayward pump that his company messed up with the chemicals they put in our pool. He’s hard to get a hold off and doesn’t take care of his issues. After a few months of servicing our pool, he got another company to do it because he ruined our heat exchange. Now he doesn’t want to replace it. I will be writing reviews everywhere until he fulfills his obligation.

Its a small shop Inside but they do more than the other bigger pool stores. The guy that is there everytime I go in is super friendly and knows his stuff. 5 stars from me!

I recently participated in the Pool School class at PH Pool and Spa this Saturday6/20 and the guys were tremendous. The class was fun and informative. I have never owned a pool, but the guys at PH Pool and Spa have given me all of the tools and knowledge that I need. I would recommend the class to anyone that needs help with treatment and maintenance of their pool. Well worth the time.

I just purchased a house in Winston Park with a nice blue pool, after closing I opened the door and found a dark green pool.I went into PH Pool and Spa and explained Im a pool novice but want to learn how to care for the pool myself. I met with Jon who was very helpful and friendly. He stayed after closing to finish answering all our questions.He tested our water and gave us the needed chemicals and maintenance items we needed. Jeff came to do the diamond brite on my pool last year. They messed it up and had to drain the pool AGAIN. After one year, my pool is still a mess, the diamond bright is disgusting, and I have a $3500 bill to pay.

Small shop but big on service. I wanted a robot vacuum that I had difficulty finding in Florida in any pool store. I went through the list of vendors for the Maytronics Dolphin M500 and repeatedly heard they dont carry it and they couldnt get it for me. Until I called John. He could and did...so much for the small shop! I was a little bit on the fence about the purchase initially, but John was very knowledgeable and spent the extra time answering all my questions. So I ordered the M500, but with the holidays, there were some shipping issues. I called John and he tracked it down and called me to let me know when it would arrive. It did a few days later and in perfect condition. A couple of months later, I realized I hadnt filled out the warranty card and had lost the receipt. No future warranty work without it, so I called John again and he remembered me. And resent the receipt. Try that with a big box store! The M500 is a great little machine and I have zero regrets with the purchase. I would buy it again in a heartbeat. But it is a machine and they do eventually need to be replaced. But at least I know where to get another one. Customer for life, John! Thanks for everything!

Theyre great! Was out of town for a few days and when I got back I noticed my pump wasnt working and the pool started to get dirty. It was 5:30pm, and on the same day they changed just the motor of the pump that wasnt functioning and everything is working great now, and for a good price.

I called PH on Saturday, they came out to my house the same day, located the pool leak that I had and repaired it the same day. Totally impressed with their professionalism and honesty! Great group of guys !!

Do not spend your money at this place. I called to confirm that they had a certain brand color changing LED pool light which they had advertised on OfferUp. The guy said yes they had one left and confirmed the price and brand. I drove over a half hour to get there and he tried to sell me a cheap imitation of the light. He told me that he did not even have the light I was looking for and it was $299 not $124 which it was advertised as and the price he confirmed to me over the phone Wasted over an hour of driving, but even worse, this was supposed to be a Christmas present from my kids to their mom. Now they are disappointed. Thanks John for lying to me, I suggest next time you are honest about the products you sell.
