Store is immaculate, well stocked and organized. Professionals shop here for good reason. The staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and asks the right questions. They made sure even a painting novivlce like myself had the right tools and products to do the job right the first time. Very grateful for that.

First time I visited this location. Staff was very friendly and helpful in completing my purchase during the pandemic. Completed a color match on one gallon that was perfect when I used it for touch-up. Couldn’t tell the difference.

The store manager is extremely rude and doesnt know how to talk to the customers. They messed up the paint 3 times in the last couple of months. No sense of customer service. Stay away from the store

I arrived on a Saturday morning and I waited for 3 minutes. Then, they gave me all the attention I needed and they gave me Solutions to the garage floors in my community that were painted 12 years ago and now needed to be repainted. They told me exactly how I need to have my staff prepare the floor and exactly what product to use that will adhere to the originally painted surface. The solution I came up with was confirmed my other professionals. It seems like well be buying 75 gallons of paint and getting the job done by ourselves. I would say they did a pretty good job getting me the information that I needed Im taking the time with me right there in the store.

Ill be honest, I left thinking their customer service was satisfactory... But when I went to another paint store down the street, I realized that I was selling myself short. The staff at Sherwin Williams were kind but in no way went above and beyond the call of duty. They didnt care to recommend or explain anything. The last time I was in here, the service was a lot better so Im hoping it was a one time thing.

I am glad you asked. I was actually looking for ways to provide you with a feedback. I had a great experience buying at your Coconut Creek store this weekend, but I witnessed very poor customer service towards another customer that I would like to bring to your attention. The young lady working at the store this Saturday afternoon was extremely rude to a customer whom could not speak English. Despite him trying to explain to her what he was looking for (concrete paint for his garage floor) she made faces and told him she did not speak Spanish, despite the fact the customer had the name and brand of what he was looking for, right on his phone. She was extremely rude and I stepped up to help the customer though Spanish is not my first language but the poor man could not understand why such a poor service he was getting. When I am on my way out, a group of painting contractors relayed to me that the young lady is always very rude to customers. She always creates problems when applying their contractors discounts and always pretends she does not know how to apply the discount. The gentleman who waited on me, was excellent and helped me with my paint purchase in a very nice way, the way every customer should be attended to. I just thought you would like to hear that someone in your team has a bad reputation for giving terrible customer service, at the Coconut Creek store off of Hillsboro Blvd.

Great location for paint. Came here to avoid having to look for someone for help in a big department store. Otis helped me tremendously. I recently bought a new house and he assisted me throughout multiple visits making sure everything was going well. I took his recommendations on paint types (like gloss, eggshell, whatever i dont know much about these but they came out nice) and I couldnt be happier with the outcome on the house. The service was amazing, if your looking for any help i definitely recommend asking for Otis or Morgan both of them know their stuff!

This location is on Hillsboro in Coconut Creek. The staff is very knowledgeable. And they usually have everything youre looking for.

I went to Sherwin Williams in Coconut Creek this past week, and my god was it my worst experience ever in a paint store. As soon as a walked in, a gentleman named Tracey assisted me. I asked him any recommendations of paint for my new house, and he responds with how should i know that? I responded to tracey with, excuse me? I got very upset with Tracey, to my surprise i later learned he was the store manager. How can someone who is unprofessional to Hispanic customers be so rude to them? To my surprise, another employee by the name of Myeeka assisted me with finding paint for my house. Please give her a raise!Thank you,Alex

Disappointing service . I don’t like to speak poorly of locations and such .. but this location has to have a better eye on customer service, knowledge of what Sherwin Williams carries as standard items .I wish this store a better tomorrow .

The reps in this location are not friendly. When you ask for help or for a specific color of paint, they say it could be anyone. Really? I come to Sherwin-Williams because they are experts in paint. For their answer to be, it can be anyone of these paint. Come from around the counter and at least show interest in our purchase.
