I needed a cell booster, and their sign advertised they had them in stock. I was not disappointed in their inventory, and the young woman who assisted me, Chelsea (I think her name was), exhibited excellent Customer service, and was a good salesperson, also. I was very happy with my experience at Cellular Plus in Cody, WY. The store was clean and well laid out; the inventory was as advertised; and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Kind of an unusual combination in these pandemic times at a tech store--but much appreciated! The WeBoost Home Multiroom system I purchased required a little tweaking to get working properly, but I contacted WeBoost Customer Service and was extremely pleased with their response and helpfulness. A non-existent cell signal became fast enough to stream with and work/surf at the same time. So, this transaction was a two-fer--two excellent experiences in one! Thanks Cellular Plus--and thanks WeBoost! I am a very happy Customer all the way around.

I was to bring it into any Cellular Plus store and it would be replaced. The policy has changed. Now I must register it on manufacturers website and pay $9 shipping each time I need a replacement. Bogus deal!!! Ill shop elsewhere next time. Frank.

After arriving in Cody for a week long visit with my parents, I discovered they did not have Wi-Fi, so I stopped by the local Verizon store to see what options were available. I needed to have enough GB to be able to use my laptop for several hours of video training. Kolby showed me a couple of Wi-Fi devices that could provide up to 12GB/mo, but then showed me a Galaxy S5e tablet that has unlimited Wi-Fi. I can use this tablet anywhere now, so I dont have to rely on an unsecured or unavailable server. Thank you, Kolby for your awesome service and finding me the best solution for my $$!
