I wanted to disconnect my moms phone, there is NO way to do that online anywhere... Had to go into the store, they were very nice and took care of it right away, no hassles!! 💥✌️

Went in to see about a prepaid account. Very nice and helpful. Did not push me towards more expensive options in phones or accessories or plans. Helpful with set up and keeping my same phone number. I had at&t before and wasnt getting service where I used to. With US Cellular my service has been excellent. Definitely recommend Coffeyville store. Staff were friendly and helpful

I can complain about US Cellular as a company. But I can not complain about the friendly and knowledgeable staff at this location. I have shopped in this store for many years. They are always willing to help with a smile! Great customer service!

I used to recommend US Cellular to everyone now I would recommend everyone not get it I recently switched from the $75 prepaid plan to the $70 prepaid plan they tell you it is 22 gigs of data at 4G then it slows down to 3G or 2G but it always seems to run at 2G even after my cycle starts over and also tell me that Im roaming in my town which one I had the $75 plan that was ever roaming you guys need to get stuff fixed that is why people are leaving you guys and no one likes you people spend their hard-earned money and you guys screw them over

I bought a phone 3 days ago. The Us Cellular site went down so... I couldnt activate it so... I called to get assistance. What a joke of a phone company!!! Goodbye to you US Cellular, well it never really began lol
