Cant say that I care for Walmart but the staff in the pharmacy does do a good job

The Coffeyville Walmart Pharmacy staff is second to none! They have ALWAYS gone above and beyond for me when I dont even know any of them personally.

I have found the pharmacy to be helpful and kind. I know its my responsibility to know if I have refills or not but they are helpful and send a fax to get my medicine. I see a lot complain about refils and about narcotics. Its not the pharmacist fault that they can not refill your prescription. Has no one been watching the news about narcotics and restricting them more? Call the day before if you want your prescription ready when you arrive then there is no waiting. I see a lot of impatient people posting..

Don’t ever go here for narcotic cuz they won’t fill it here most the time the girl pharmacist will give u trouble she loves making people waist money and time and was very rude too me I don’t have trouble anywhere but here with the main girl that works there

This was one of the worst experience I have ever had. One staff member was rude and very hateful. The only reason I am giving it 2 ⭐ is the fact that the pharmacist came to help figure out the problem. Its is very sad that one person can ruin it for everyone. I will be moving my rxs back to CVS. My daughter even made the comment you dont need to be rude we just asked you a question. Then said person looked at us with a glare. Disgusting!!!

Im so livid right now, I have been waiting for an hour for prescription just for is to be ready and something came up with my insurance. When it was originally supposed to be a “15 minute” wait. There has been at least 7 people that have went ahead of me.

Multiple problems, nobody told me when I was about to run out of refills. I am now out and have to wait another day of missing pills all because the worker didn’t tell me I was almost out. Lady had attitude saying there’s nothing they can do
