Dave and his team are the best! I own a company that depends heavily on our vehicles and D&S has gotten us out of a bind on many occasions. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and do great work. They are one of the few smaller shops that will even work on diesels. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a reliable mechanic!

I have very bad experience about this auto shop. If you want to get a reliable and quality job, also to save money, do not go there to repair your car. You are probably better off going to the dealer itself. You probably save less than 10% than what you would pay in the dealership. However, you will lose money in the long run because what they repair breaks down in less than 2 years. Their quality of repair is also poor.I have been there a couple of time. The first time, it was to repair my BMW window regulator. It broke in less than two years. I also had the BMW AC belt replaced and it again broke in less than 1.5 years of their repair. When I went back for the AC belt replacement as I thought it is within the warranty, they charged me more $$ than what I paid for at the first time. We are talking about a substantial amount. During their belt replacement repair, one another sensor closer also broke. They simply dismissed the fact it was due to their repair. I finally went to the dealer to replace the sensor.The Window regulator that was repaired in this shop also failed in less than 2 years. They gave me another exorbitant quote that I had to walk out of their shop.My overall feeling is that these guys dont value or guarantee the quality and reliability of their workmanship.If you want to repair at a place that does a good and reliable job and to save money, do not go to this auto repair shop.

Had my brake line fixed on my slammed Honda. Told me I had a year warranty with my brake line just to tell me it was void after 2 months. Then they charged me $50 just to talking. Sometimes spending more money isn’t a bad thing.

Do not bring your vehicle here i had the worst auto experience dealing with these incompetent scammers. I brought my car in here because i couldnt get my brakes to bleed. They said it was my master cylinder that needed replacement. My car was sitting in the shop for 3 weeks. They are very over priced thry charged me over 500$ for a master cylinder and brake fluid and when i got my car about a week later i had no brake pressure and the petal went all the went all the floor. They recommend that i have all types of other work done to my car and never fixed the problem i had to begin with. They refused to give me my money back and were very rude and unprofessional. When i brought my car back they wanted to charge me 400$ just to replace a rear caliper. These people are real scumbags and dont care about their customers. Stay away from this shady shop at all costs unless you want to be taken advantage of.After i left there i brought my car to Mavis in colonie and they did the whole job in less then an hr for much less.

Found this service on Google Maps, from the phone call to the pickup of the vehicle was everything I expected, its so hard to find an honest mechanic and I was skeptical at first but their great customer service, and very reasonably priced experience change my mind and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they were family operated. Highly recommend these great people for your automotive needs if your near Cohoes, Latham or Watervliet, NY.

This guy is really nothing more than a fat piece of garbage. His signature line is there is nothint wrong yet he knows fully well there is and he knowingly endangers his customers lives. My favorite was when I dropped my vehicle off with a full tank and came back to pick it up almost on E. Only 15 miles on the tachometer. What a piece of scum.

My sister had her car fixed here and they broke the oil filter cap,charged her 59.00 $ and also labor,it was only for inspection and oil change 172.00 !!!
