They claim to sell propane but there is nobody there to fill your tank.

Had a great experience. Rented a car trailer for a day. Absolutely no line and they even hooked it up for me.

Worst experience as a u-haul customer I have ever had. My reservation was not ready when it was scheduled for. The store representative was completely unhelpful and could only direct me to the u-haul customer service phone number. Called them and had the issue escalated multiple levels but still have not reached a resolution and have now been told to just wait. Canceling my reservation and going to be using alternate moving services from now on. Also, if the store manager(Mr. Aziz Khan) reads this, you may want to consider hiring people with better customer service skills if you hope to have any returning customers.

Don’t bother trying to get a propane tank filled. Tried going 2 times in a month. They always have an excuse not to help. Even called and asked, was told “ I am pretty sure that we do”. Should have been first sign

Lined up outside for over an hour for an online order. Business does not practice social distancing and allows people in without masks or face coverings. Unsafe business!!!Update!since early pandemic times, u-haul is always there to provide service when you need a truck to move! Helpful and there when you need them.

I have used them a few time this past month or so to bring items to the dump. Always had trucks available when I needed them. Also recently purchased moving boxes from them for my move, and there was lots of selection at good prices. Only con is that they sometime only have one person working and it can take awhile to get service.

I would have liked to give this store and the manager a one star or less rating after the experience I had with them recently. I wont go into details but the manager was VERY unprofessional. After he and I had a short heated conversation about his behavior I left. But I did receive a call with an apologie about his behavior. I did appreciate this but explained to him that I hope this will not be a problem again and that this not the way to conduct business or treat anyone for that matter. I will look forward to a better experience the next time we do business.

I needed a truck recently and was able to book one online 2 days before picking it up. The process was simple, I filled out some information online and then went into the shop the to confirm my details. There was an issue with the lock I purchased, but they staff was very nice and helped me fix it. They handed me the keys and I went on my way. This is how it should be.

Renting here was very easy. I picked out the size truck I needed online and then received a call to confirm my rental. Pickup and drop-off were easy. My only complaint is that this particular location did not have any A/C inside the store. Thats a really minor complaint, Im sure the employees would love it more than the customers though if they had working A/C.

Literally the most unorganized excuse for a business I have ever experienced. We made a reservation online for a trailer, showed up and no one on site knew how to install the hitch for us, so we had to find a mechanic to rush and install for us, came back the next day and they rented out the trailer we reserved. Now we lost a whole day of driving when we needed to be somewhere. They gave us the wrong ball and hitch size and every step of this rental process something has gone wrong or has been messed up on their end. Extremely frustrating and had to spend extra money for the hitch, loss of time, etc because they couldn’t just get it right the first time.

One of the biggest u hauls in town. Plenty of trucks and low wait times except on the last weekends of the month. I had to wait like 40 min to get a truck as it was so busy on the last Saturday of September. One quirk is that it is located on an island. Look in Google maps, looks v cool.

If I could give 0 stars I would....This is the 3rd time in 3 years I have reserved and had a confirmation number and its the 3rd time they didnt have a truck for me....I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS PLACE EVER.....

By all respect to U-Haul company, the manager of this location is the worst, there is favoritisms going on at this store, there is zero customer service. They print you the contact the mileage and the fuel is much different what they say and what the actual number is. Zeeerrooooo

Made reservation with uhaul and drove over 45 minutes to pick up my ramp trailer the next day, and they didn’t have any ramp trailer. I never received a call to let me know they didn’t have it uhaul is the worst place to deal with and a bunch of rude employees. I won’t spend a dime with uhaul worst service not recommended

I WAS INJURED ON THEIR PROPERTY TRYING TO GET AN APPLIANCE DOLLI OUT OF THE STORAGE CAGE. THERES A TRIP HAZARD BAR GOING ACROSS THE BOTTOM OF THE CAGE ENTRANCE THATS NOT TOO NOTICEABLE AND I TRIPPED OVER IT AND FELL INTO THE DOLLIES. I INJURED MY RIGHT SHOULDER, LEFT WRIST AND BOTH KNEES. IT HAPPENED RIGHT FROM OF ONE THE ASSISTANT MANAGERS AND THEN HE CLAIMED TO THE STORE MANAGER THAT HE DIDNT SEE ANYTHING. HE LIED TO SAVE HIS JOB. NO SAFETY HAZARD SIGNS IN PLACE ON THE CAGE ENTRANCE PER STATE SAFETY REGULATIONS EITHER. FILING A LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM.

A tried calling for hours today and yesterday nobody answers the phone

The store is clean customer service is okay. Not exactly prompt on keeping your truck that you had on reserve. No explanations no phone calls period feel customer service in this area could be better.

This is the most painful experience doing business with this business. If you have any other option...choose it!

They didnt want to let me review the receipt bc they were over charging me. They emailed it to me. When I tried to contact them to review it, they ignored me. I wouldnt go back there unless you want to get ripped off and lied to.Also their loaner Dolly was worn out and had balding tires.

My god... today I saw the worst of customer service! The young kid who was working there had no idea what he was talking about and he did not care at all!

This is a great Uhual... at times it can be a little busy but other then that this is where i do all my truck rentals

I have rented a truck and had towing wiring installed at this location. Great experiences in both cases.

The bad reviews made me a little anxious, but I personally had the opposite experience.Perhaps we got there at the right time on the right day with the right person, but it couldnt have gone smoother honestly. Any fees we had after the fact were due to us using the truck longer than scheduled and for not refueling gas, the fees for this need to be posted somewhere a little more clearly but thats my only criticism. Thank You!

I would have give a 0 star if possible, I reserved a 26’ van for pick up, and I was being told That it would be guaranteed That it’s available to pick up. By the time I go pick up, they said “I am sorry, we don’t have any truck for you”. This is all messed up !

Would not recommend this Uhaul location. Representative failed to fully explain contract fuel agreements misquoting numbers and not going into detail. Was told that i would have a higher per gallon fee if i did not fill up the vehicle. That was it, he quoted me $4/ Gallon and its actually $4.50 and failed to tell me there was a $30 service fee for putting in the gas as well. It was implied it was in the extra charge. To end the situation in a high note, on my receipt they they filled the tank with 8 Gallons when i only drove 16 miles. Employees were more eager to fully explain extended warranties where the bulk of profits is made than the charges.Contacted Uhaul Cust. Service and i now have a case#. Should not have to have added stress after already going through the stress of moving.

This place is a complete joke. We reserved a 17 ft truck 2 weeks ago to move this morning 6/1/18 even called the store yesterday 5/31/18 to confirm it, everything was good according to the woman my husband spoke to. We get there on time 830 am exactly, the guy who claims to be the store manager tries to hand my husband keys for a 15 ft truck. So my husband says my reservation is for a 17 ft truck, well all I have is a 15 ft truck and proceeds to try and charge him for a 17 ft truck anyway. My husband says no can u find another location with one available since I had a reservation, he says sorry it dont work like that, I can give you your money back and you can be on your way. Seriously???? Do you understand we have to move right now or no? So we get on the phone with another lady she finds one in Balston Lake 45 mins from us, ok so are you going to wave the mileage fee for us having to go 45min away to pick up a truck that we reserved 5 min away from us and because of one of your ignorant employees blatant disregard for a reservation wasnt available at the site we were supposed to pick it up at. She then says no Im sorry we cant do that, are you kidding me? This place and company is ridiculous. Needless to say we have to move TODAY and still dont have a truck

AVOID! If you value your time, do not go here. Unfriendly and inefficient staff. Huge wait times. Skip this location and go to the uhaul on RT 9 in halfmoon instead where customers are treated with respect.

Worst place ever to rent a truck we waited 30 min for a truck and they gave us a truck that wasnt even in the yard because it was broke. This place is a joke.

Have had many interactions with different uhaul locations over the years, this was by far the most pleasant and last painful of them all. Its usually a stressful time when you need these guys and Kevin at the cohoes store was more than accommodating to us and our situation.

Propane until 7PM!!...Trucks of every size and shape. Payment via card can be done by a new swiping contraption on their phones......I never stepped inside......

You only for the propane they pump into the tank.
