Customer service was excellent. The only negative is that my product cannot be delivered to my PO Box. If UPS or FedEx delivers it to my home I’ll get it, but the US Post office doesn’t deliver to my home as there is no mail box. That’ issue is at&t,not my local phone store and their employees. Oh, and they won’t deliver it to my local store! A vey poor policy.

Phone had a broken screen. Under warranty and was satisfactorily resolved. Totally professional way the whole transaction was handled.

Went in to learn about AT&T tv because I was switching providers and Robert R. Helped me add it to my account. It is the best of both worlds I get my favorite TV channels and tons of movies on demand. I’ve saved so much cancelling cable and my other subscriptions for AT&T tv. Thank you Robert !

Terrible experience. Was having trouble setting up my account with AT&T prepay with the new phone. Went in to this store for help. I guess they didnt see me as a new sale/commission so they were absolutely not helpful and shrugged me off. The store had no other customers but Robert was still just like heres a phone number to call, good luck. Absolutely terrible service. Not a good first impression of AT&T.

BOUGHT TWO PHONES THERE GOT SCREWED ON THE INSURANCE THING ON BOTH OF THEM.. YOU DONT NEED IT WHEN SIGNING UP. BOUGHT THE TV PACKAGE FROM THEM WAS PROMISED A CERTAIN PRICE ITS TWENTY DOLLARS MORE A MONTH, ALSO THEY PROMISED ME A GIFT CARD OVER 60 DAYS AGO FOR PURCHASING THE TV PACKAGE NEVER GOT IT ..... THEY LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH TO MAKE COMMISION IM SWITCHING CARRIERS DUE TO THE CONSTANT LIES FROM MY LOCAL STORE .. BUYER BEWARE THE MANAGER OF THE STORE AND THE SALESMAN WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING THAN ACT LIKE IT WAS SIMPLE MISTAKE TO COVER THEIR BACKS... ALL FOR THE DOLLAR ITS SAD

Went in to get a new phone a few weeks ago (iphone XR). Wish I could remember the salespersons name but he upsold me on a glass screen protector (retail $30) and told me that if I buy it I would get a free wireless charger with it (retail $50). I looked at the receipt when I got home and in reality, I was charged the $50 for the charger but got the screen protector free. So not exactly the deal that I was told about...a difference of $20. He never explained that in order to get the lifetime warranty out of the screen protector, I would need to fill out the registration card and send it in. Low and behold, two weeks later, the glass screen protector cracked and now Im SOL. Not only that, at first he tried to give me the 64gb model without even asking how much storage I wanted. Just a poor overall customer service experience.
Just bought a telephone on Saturday, the sales guy told me we had to sign up for insurance but it could be canceled at the end of the month. I called ATT today and they said I NEVER had to buy the insurance in the first place. Wasted a bunch of time getting the insurance cancelled. Cheating people is always the wrong thing.
Gave us just the right the phone for what I needed.
