I dont know what exactly happened in the last few weeks but even placing a mobile order 25+ minutes ahead of time isnt enough to have your entire order ready when you get there.Staff allows a huge pileup of people waiting on orders and then proceeds to not ask about who is still waiting or calling names when an item is ready. Of ordering food by the time your coffee is ready your food is now cold. Walk ins end up getting their coffee way faster than ordering ahead.

This is my go to coffee place before heading to work everyday.Customer service is good for the most part. However, when I went to grab my coffee yesterday. These two female employees would just talk to each other while I’m waiting to pick up my coffee that’s been on the table. A guy shows up behind me, those two employees totally ignored me and asked about his order. I had to remind them about my presence. Was totally disappointment as I was getting late for work.

Fantastic Staff & Ambience, its weird going into a huge chain of repetitive places & seeing the same thing over & over.. The staff here went above & beyond to make this place special, they have a wonderful collection of there own pet photos & a story. They even spread community love with there pets! Thank you again 😊

If you want to wait over 25 minutes to get your coffee this should be your stop.... the Staff isvery nice but youll never get your coffee

Always yummy, unfortunately some items arent in stock. Thankfully the Starbucks App shows whats unavailable at the store.

Probably one of the worst Starbucks locations around town. If you can make the trip to a different location, I would highly suggest it. For the employees this just seems to be a social hour even when they have a line

Has more of a tendancy to mess up my order than any other Starbucks in the Area. 2 out of 3 visits are messed up orders

Its still not quite the same with customers gabbing a coffee/latte during a break and the constant chatter of working class peers. But they still double bag any medium or larger size tea.

Went in about 1/2 hr before it closed. There wasnt a line and went through quite quickly, so liked that because I was on my way somewhere and wanted a quick drink for the ride. Yum!
