Rude and unprofessional staff. Poor customer service. I bought a sunscreen spray couple of days ago and the lotion wasnt coming out as spray. It was more like an array of liquid so I decided to return it today. The manager Ahmad didn’t know how to process the return. The other woman came to help but she also started spraying the sunscreen and staring at me trying to show there is nothing wrong with it. And then Ahmad goes laughing haha we should take it and spray it and see if it works. Embarrassing behavior! I’ve been a customer since 2015 and I don’t think Ill go to this CVS anymore. Staff used to be more helpful.

Horrible experience with their pharmacy. The short and bald pharmacist “Pete” is insufferable and pompous. You would think being pharmacist means being professional and compassionate. Not this one. He is impatient and condescending, and he lacks basic customer service skills. Skip this CVS all together.

Staff is friendly, pharmacy staff are exceptionally personable. There IS a hidden drive-thru around back, I was coming here for about 6 months before I saw it, but it does exist! Theres an allpoint ATM just inside the door. Usually well stocked and very clean.

132 out of 5 stars. Had a question bout some dog food and the calorie count (for myself of course) this man answered it! Now I’m thinner then ever!

I had a question on where to find some items, cashier took me right over to where the items were. She even went on and described the differences on the items I was looking for, which was helpful. Not everyday you get great customer service!

Every time I go to this CVS the lady at the counter is extremely rude, and is not trained properly. She doesn’t greet the customers, doesn’t say have a nice day, and always makes a mistake. I had a coupon from the store for a candy bar and she completely ignored it and thrower in the trash. I am starting to hate going to this CVS. I recommend taking her off register or getting rid of her completely.

I dont recommend signing up for text notifications or automatic refills. CVS has taken something good, and overdone it and ruined it. Got five texts in fifteen minutes this morning. The store can turn them on, but cant turn them off. Isnt that convenient. And the toll free customer service line is totally automated - not a human to be found. When will companies ever learn - use something as it is designed to be used (texts) and dont abuse them. No one likes their phone blowing up with messages on a Saturday morning. Nearly unforgivable - the mail order pharmacy might actually be easier - odd, huh?

There is frequently no one at the front counter and I have to wait and look around to get an employees attention.

Always good for your quick needs.

Best pharmacy in the area! The pharmacist and techs are SO nice and understanding. They make the place shine!
