This is a great Costco location! Every staff member we encountered was very friendly, knowledgeable, and offered to go the extra mile to help us.We were traveling through the area and needed medication for our dog. Lexi, the pharmacy technician, made the call to make it possible to get a prescription for us from. She was fast and efficient in getting this done on a busy Saturday afternoon.Keep up the great work!

It really is a one stop shop. I enjoy going here and getting all my groceries and any extra products I spot. The staff is super helpful and go out of their way finding answers to any questions.

Costco is just a great store, ou can get so many different yet equally good quality things here. They also have a great food selection, I love the wonderful steaks you can find here, and the pizza is cheap and delicious. If you ever just need a pizza for a party then nobody will complain about the Costco pizza.

Great place to buy in bulk very clean sanitary sometimes the lines can be a bit much but the staff is really great on helping and getting out of there quick. Would like to add a note that we bought four tires from them for almost $800 their tire technician is s***** a****** and we ended up having to take it somewhere else to have the tires installed although we paid them to do it they did not refund us tire sales is on welcome.

Absolutely rude staff, no one knows what theyre doing or where things are half the time when you ask for help.

Well stocked....doesnt take long to go through checkout line..especially if they can scan it in your cart...and you grab a box and pack it in your car.....

A great selection of meats and cheeses of really good quality. Love the wine section. With both inexpensive and more expensive bottles of good quality in all the ranges. Good prices on detergents and household staples. Nice selection of seasonal plants too.

Started shopping here years ago after relocating to VT from NC. We live about equidistant between Burlington and Nashua Costco. Colchester staff are frequently less friendly, less helpful, and seem hurried and inconvenienced by questions or requests. Comparatively the staff in Nashua, North Carolina Costcos, and even a few in MA are engaging, friendlier, and more helpful. We wont return to Colchester Costco again.

I love Costco! They not only have fresh fruits and veggies and good quality meat but they also have amazing grills among other things. I bought this charcoal grill for my husband for $200 and he loves it. I also bought the cooking fire pit for $130. We have not tried the fire pit but looking forward to many great nights in the backyard with the kiddos. Thank you Costco for affordable prices on great things. Update: Sadly, the grill was returned, after one use the bottom warped and paint on sides and back started to come off. I didn’t think to take any after pictures. On the plus side Costco customer service was amazing. No hassle and returns or questions. Finally tried the fire pit and we love it.

The pizza here is amazing. $10 for a large and delicious pizza. Higher quality and better price than most pizza places

Large groups of people in a confined place during a pandemic without a masking policy. At least you can be sick and still work on your obesity like a true American. Brown starfish surprises for everyone!

The only complaint is they need to open another Costco in Vermont. This one attracts everyone from many miles away and therefore the parking lot is always full and lines get long. They do everything they can with the staff to make it as quick and painless as possible; its just always busy.

Ive been using Costco for years on and off and never had anything negative to say. Go with a list of needs and stick to it otherwise youll break the bank 😉Well organized cash registers. Good employee information if I had any questions at all about product. Good deals if you do your research and comparison to your usual supermarket venues. Easily accessible from the interstate.Keeping well in line with covid precautions. Employees at the front spray and wipe down every cart before you take it.

Tell her to go out fun to go shopping there when youre not buying anything youre actually spending someone elses money but it was a good time I found a nice beautiful couch brought it to the place got it in the house put together and it was beautiful what a great time

I am a huge Costco fan, and this store was no exception. Well cared for, this location has a gas station and sells beer and wine! No issues with the experience.

I had a return to make. The lady made it so easy. On that Id give the place 5 out of 5.

Costco features high quality products in bulk. This store also features local products like maple syrup and craft beer.They have organic options, including fruit. I’d like to see even more organic produce.Hot dog and soda for $1.5. Can’t beat that.Sad to see they no longer offer chocolate yogurt at their food counter.Gas pumps have been installed, but not operating, because the local gas monopoly fears Costco’s low prices. Let’s all call our representatives and voice our support.

What is there to say really. Its Costco!! Best prices for really great products. A great company to boot. I save about $400 per year on their gas alone. Dont forget to hit the food court for goodies containing high quality ingredients. Its food fast but certainly not fast food.

Was very happy with the products I selected ...was given the queens treatment . There was an emergency and I would like Laurie and her group recognized for the amazing job they did to help me with my emergency...These people are professional and deserve rewards!!!

Costco is always dependable on prices & goods. The pharmacy also handles covid vaccines. Quick easy & very efficiently. Love the self check stations. CT should get them.

The customer service was awesome. The customers were very rude, but that is no fault of the store . Just some of the people that shop there, guess they think they are the only ones that have places to go.

I was shopping for a Costco membership online and I read that itd be best for me to go in person, so I did. However, it was a bad day to go because everyone and their mother was there and I was having a very difficult time being able to understand the heavy set blond woman trying to upsell me.I ended up freezing up and overwhelmed, I asked if they had anything on paper I could look at, like an application and the woman said no and told me to just do it online.I thought it was rude the way she treated me so I went to Town Fair Tire to get all new tires.People are like wild animals here. Rude and in survival mode...just want to get in front of you even though youre in the right of way.Forget this madhouse.

I only have Mastercard. Was not informed they dont take Mastercard until I had a cart full of groceries at checkout. So I signed up for a costco Visa and asked if I would be able to use it right then, before I signed up, and was told YES. They said I could use it today. Then after I signed up they said I COULDNT use it for 7 days. After I just asked that exact question.?.? Waste of 4 hours. I will be closing my membership the day I opened it and do not recommend Costco to anybody with Mastercard.

We go here 2 or 3 times a month for our small family or family functions for a few things you cant get at a grocery store for the amount of product for a great price. Food and non-food items are often things you wont find in a regular grocery or Walmart type place with sometimes better quality.Its worth it for a bigger family or a Large gathering to shop here due to bulk items and good quality.

I love Costco its hard going in there on a budget. I just want everything. Food, sheets, plush throws are my favorite. They are cheap and great quality my kids love them.

Excellent products - nice organic options - great return policy.. plus cash back on our executive card that pays for itself and more.... the credit card offers 4% back on gas, and that is great when u own a landscape company. Visit once weekly.

When you try to return something that was purchased more than one year ago, theyll give you dirty looks and then try to come up with a reason why they wont accept a return. Then they claim that the return has to be approved by a manager. They try to discourage a customer in any way from making a return and try to intimidate customers that way.

They enforce the policies that are both across the board for Costco, as well as specific state mandates.If you are unsure of the rules you can call them, and speak to someone at their location instead of being sent to a central call center elsewhere.If all else fails, I noticed the other day that they are now part of Instacart!!!

You can find just about anything your heart desires at Costco and at great prices. I worked with the optical department and ordered glasses; they are a great quality and the service was amazing. I highly recommend getting your glasses through Costco (and then go shopping) the next time you visit.

Most staff and the managers are great. Only one employee attacked us, verbally, since we are medically exempt from wearing masks. He claimed “he didn’t know” even after the manager told him.Not as much selection as the larger stores, but still quite a few and the lines at checkout move quickly. They also open new ones quickly.

This is the best place to shop for the whole family! Tons of great deals, always fresh & tasty food. Very friendly and professional staff and the store is spotless. I wish you could get gas at this location.

My wife and I decided to buy a 82in TV online because it would get delivered right at home for free. It showed that the TV would be delivered within a week and it was week later that the delivery company called us to schedule for delivery. Even though it was week late, we waited patiently as we were very excited to have our first big TV.Paid someone to help mount the TV but it turned out to be damaged, Picture quantity Issue.I then called / started a return process and I was told that the TV will be picked up by the same company that delivered it within 5 business days which never happened. Called again and I was told by costoc.com that the info was sent to the delivery company and I will get a call from them. waited another week and no calls.I then called the company who delivered the TV before and they said they never got the request from Costco. Delivery company was finally able to talk to Costco directly and started the process. They finally came and picked up the TV. Costco said that the refund will be processed within 3 business days. Waited 5 business days and nothing happened.Called Costco.com several times and had to wait anywhere from 75min to 90min. After talking to them for 30min They keep telling me that we have escalated it but never get any result. No email, no calls, no refund.Here we are after a month since return started and I do not have TV and I am $$$$ down because I have not got my money back. I was on a call again for hours today (09/18/2020) and again I was told that it has been escalated and the person I was talking to could not do anything else about it.I used to love Costco and used to recommend Costco to many of my friends and family but from my experience so far it has made me rethink my decisions.All I am asking for is my money back and nothing else.

Don’t get the Costco Citi card and the Executive membership, it’s a scam and citi should be ashamed to be affiliated with Costco. They don’t honor the “rewards” they promise and they can’t be redeemed online and they give you hell and treat you like a second class citizen when you try to redeem the points in store. The card and the points are just another way for them to up-sell at time of membership sign up and they will promise “great rewards” but it’s a scam so be aware you won’t get to use any points you earn. Any issues that Costco runs into with your rewards they blame Citi bank and the card. Unreal for a company of this size.

Really, in terms of Vermont, its the only place people should grocery shop for most things. The staff is very customer oriented and the prices are great for this state.The pharmacy is worth the drive alone. Jason particularly stands out as he remembers, and always asks about, how all the members of my family are doing. Who can do that with. A customer base the size of theirs?We do 90% of our grocery shopping here as the prices cant be beat. (While still paying their workers, which is important to us)PS theres no reason for their gas pumps to be on a limited schedule, other than competitors who want to continue to price gouge the rest of the state.

Summer time they closed 6pm Sunday

We drove two hours to get there today to do some shopping and renew membership. The first problem was they asked my husband to leave because he had his handgun on him. We are Vermont residents and had every right to carry . ( my husband also holds an FFL license ) As I was shopping, once of the store employees came up to me and very rudely told me to pull my face mask over my nose. I explained that I have breathing issues and I needed a little air. He told me that I could go wait outside then! I asked him how I was supposed to get my groceries outside! He told me that was my problem and that I can’t be in there unless it’s over my nose. All the while, I’m pushing a cart with a 2 year old and had a baby in a front pack. I understand the covid concerns, but in my town, we aren’t required to wear masks to shop, and I didn’t realize it would be an issue. Those cloth masks may help a little, but he had no right treating me like I’d done something wrong. I normally spend over $1000 there, and I can say I don’t know if I’ll ever return. I should have been treated with kindness

Yay!!!@#$$%%^&*!!!!!!The gas station finally opened!!!!...of course for limited daily intervals....Unfortunately for me as well, they do not have 93 octane fuel.On the plus side, the gas station just north does have 93 octane. And at the cheapest price within 3 towns!About $6 saved per 15 gallon fillup.Store staff is super efficient and helpful.No dicknose mask wearers that Ive seen.

I had several workers yell at me and make a scene when I went here because the person I was with (who lives in my house) was trying to pay for our purchase. I was so embarrassed and it was only my second time there. I didnt know they needed their own card to pay with. They dont tell you the rules when you get the membership. I honestly will be canceling my membership and driving the hour to Sams club. I will not be embarrassed in a place that I literally pay to go to.

Costco is doing pretty good in the COVID era. Also, its nice to finally see the gas station open.

Still busy, but a good place to buy in bulk if you need to stock up before a quarantine.
