They took in our 20 year old quad that had not been running for a couple years and brought back to life. Very reasonable prices, friendly, and timely. Highly recommend!

Had the shop replace my clutch on my ZX-11, rode the bike 4 times and the new clutch was slipping just as bad as the old one. I called multiple times to schedule them to look at the bike but no response. I have missed the entire summer because the bike is not usable until the issues is corrected.

I have exclusively had my bike worked on here ever since I became the 3rd owner of it. Kevin and the staff have provided excellent service and always take the time to answer all of my questions. Great shop and great people! Super close to my house too so it makes getting work done pain free!

TERRIBLE ❗ my bike sat there for over a month waiting on 1 part. Which I understood. But I spoke to Kevin the owner about adjusting the values and changing the gear positioning sensor. Prices were giving but all changed. He needed space while waiting for parts so I agreed to get my bike and bring it back when the parts arrived. Picked the bike up and only got 1 Mile before it leaked oil. Tried twice. Decided for safety reasons to leave it. Kevin the owner said he would check for the oil issue when the other parts arrived. Picked up the bike 2 weeks later and he wasnt even there to deal with me only the girl. Took the bike for a quick test ride and it was worse. Lost ALL the oil. Spoke to him on the phone and he didnt even check the valves nor for the leak. He didnt even test ride the bike after the sensor was installed. Was charged almost $300 more than was quoted and only did 1/2 the work WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY ENEMIES let along my friends. Its funny that kevin tells me that hell check the oil leak issue and then call that its done and ready for pick up. After a failed test ride I talk to him on the phone since he decided not to be there. He literally told me that he never started my bike. So in other words he never test road my bike. Never trouble shooted the oil issue. I cant believe how crooked and deceitful he is.😡❗

I found a bike for sale at this “dealership” on cycle trader. It is a 2015 softail slim with 8000 miles I am about 4 hours away from them so I asked for more pictures and if they could highlight any flaws for me. I was speaking with the owner the entire time. He had told me that the bike was perfect and had no issues. I worked out a time to go get the bike and took a day off work. I drive what turned in to 4.5 hours to find out the address they have listed on cycle trader is wrong and it took me to their other location that was over an hour from where the bike was located. I was then told they never updated the address on cycle trader. So I turned around and drove another hour and 15 min back the direction I came. I finally get to where the bike is located. The bike turned out to be the furthest thing from described. It was obviously stored outside, all the chrome was pitted, it was leaking gas, it was over a quart low on oil, and the kicker at some point the bike had gone down. The primary cover was flat spotted along with the clutch lever. When I brought these issues up to him all he said is “while it’s under book value.” This would all have been nice to know prior to driving 500 miles round trip. The owner is a liar and has no regard for customer service. Potential buyer beware.

I had this place try to sell my bike and replace a couple of parts. My bike sat for months without the repairs being done. I finally sold my bike privately and showed it there. The repairs were finally done only a day before I showed and sold my bike. I do not recommend.

Very unprofessional ! I called to schedule and was told I was pretty much first in line . so I brought my bike down to their shop . Which btw they are going by CCs Motorcycle . I had 2 oil leaks which needed repair . The owner Kevin quoted me $400 . He had my bike for over a month and charged me $700 . he spray some degreaser on the leaks to make it look like it was worked on . I drove it 5 miles park it and there was a puddle of oil under my bike and my pant leg was also covered .Both leaks were not even touched . Dont bring your bike here . SCAM ARTIST!!!! I NEVER WILL AGAIN!!!! Did I mention his name was kevin

Just wanna say what an awesome experience i had with Kevin at C. B.C. Purchased my first street bike there 2002 Ninja 900, never rode one before, but have years of experience on dirt bikes. Kevin took the time to explain everything with me about the bike, such as all fluid level checks and all adjustments. Even helped getting it up into the back of my lifted truck, which wasnt that easy, Just wanna say thanks hes a great guy to work with. Love the bike its awesome !

Use to have a 96 CBR900RR had Kevin redo the transmission and go through the bike when I got it back it ran better then it did from the factory. I won’t trust anyone but him to work on my bikes. Just recently bought a 99 CBR900RR had a few questions and he helped me out with some answers. I will definitely keep bringing my bikes to him. Thanks for the help Kevin u do an amazing job.

Anytime I ever call them to set up something they are always pleasant and very helpful. When I have an emergency situation they always find a way to fit me in. I just dont trust my bike to anyone. And neither should you but Colechester cycle sales has my approval and recommendation to anyone reading this post.

Very poor customer service. You have to call every week to know the progress on your bike. My bike sat there for months and the work wasn’t done properly. Would not recommend this place to get a tuneup.

Probably a good place to grab some supplies, and he can get non-dealer parts. However, the guy(s) have no training in motorcycle repair. He failed, I tinkered and then it worked (yes, I didnt know any better, felt bad for him at the time, and paid up... doh). I would trust them for a chain, brakes, lights, or tires but if you have to crack a case, Id recommend doing it yourself.
