I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a marina at Coldwater Lake Marina. I bought a used pontoon (probably not a huge moneymaker for the marina), but I was treated with the upmost respect and given undivided attention when picking it up.Huge thanks to the team there that helped me (David, Grover, Craig/Greg (sorry, not sure I caught his name correctly)).My family already loves the “new to us” pontoon and we will certainly be driving across state to service our Axis and the pontoon and will use Coldwater Lake to buy our next new boat.Great job, keep caring about your customers, big and small.

I recently purchased a boat from Cold Water Marina. Mike was fantastic to work with and really made sure we knew exactly what we were getting and that it was the best boat for our family. Before going to Cold Water Marina I had been shopping on Facebook Market place. After visiting for the first time I quickly learned how important it was to purchase from a Marina vrs direct. They did a full inspection of the boat and even allowed us to test drive it. This gave me piece of mind that when we put it in our lake we wouldn’t experience any unforeseen issues we could have had from purchasing direct. I highly recommend Cold Water Marina and Mike. After calling several places to find the boat parts I needed for my Bennington tritoon, I got superior service from Coldwater Lake Marina. The guy I spoke with took the time to listen to my description of parts since there werent any pre-made parts in a kit that accomplished what I was trying to do on my bimini top. He got the parts I needed together and shipped them to me in Florida with no hassles. I will be calling them back next time I need parts. 10/10 would recommend for anyone who still values customer service.

We recently rented a pontoon during our stay at Coldwater Lake. The pontoon was very nice, almost brand new condition. The process to rent was very easy and the staff is super friendly. I will definitely use Coldwater Marina again!

They have a wide variety of materials like tubes, dock parts, sea-doo parts, and ShoreStation parts. The staff is also very helpful and willing to accommodate a reasonable amount of questions and concerns.

Dropped off boat for warranty repairs. Was told to drop off on a certain date to get done with in a week. Took 3 1/2 weeks and still not done. Had to tell that we were coming to get our boat, ready or not. Only way

I have taken my Seadoo there for two years now. Service has been great every time! I bought a new Seadoo there last week. Cory was easy to work with and very professional! See Cory for a purchase and Grover for service. Office staff is great too!

Labor Day myself and a group were out on the pontoon heading to the sand bar. Our Yamaha motor was not allowing water to be pulled in the motor or released through the pee hole. We were towed into the marina and what we thought would be a major problem turned out to be a simple fix. Thanks Ryan for having the experience and knowledge to help out by just clearing the pee hole with a paper clip. Ryan allowed us to continue and enjoy our day.

New restaurant, Mexican, menu is hard to read because of the colorful back ground. Food was good. If the food was as hot as the plate it was on it would have been better.

We just bought our second boat from Corey and we could not have had a better WOW experience than what we received. The whole staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. We would refer this dealer to all of our friends and family!!

I purchased a boat from Coldwater Lake Marina in August of 2013 after seeing it on Boat Trader. I was hesistant in buying a boat from 250 miles away from a company I had no experience with. Dealing with Les at the Marina made it worthwhile. He was very accessible via email and phone. When I drove to pick up the boat, it was exactly as described and I was very pleased. In addition, a ballast sac needed replacement and he promised to ship it to me when it arrived. I had it within 2 weeks and everything is working fine. When I was at the marina picking up the boat, the service was great and everyone there went above and beyond in making the experience positive. Great place overall with a 5 star experience!

Earlier this spring a tree fell on my malibu and the team at Coldwater Lake Marina went above and beyond. From initial drop off to picking up the finished product including work on fiberglass, upholstery, flooring and cover they exceeded my expectations and I would recomend them for all your service needs.

Very helpful and had everything I needed

Took my jetski here for diagnosis. Recieved it back, on the trailer incorrectly (almost fell off on way home), scratched and gouged all over, and the recommendation to rebuild the carbs. After i had it home for a week or so i decided to double check there work and found my rave valves had been installed UPSIDE DOWN! very unimpressed with the service i got. Contacted the owner and after an argument over whos fault it was that the ski wasnt attatched to the trailer, which he blammed us for, he said to bring it back in and they would see IF there was anything they could do about the gouges in my hull.... no way is my ski going back there again.

Terrible customer service. No one answers phone calls or returns vm messages. Dont trust hours posted on website or Google.

I took my jetski in for repair and was very disappointed in the service that I received. According to them the engine was deemed not repairable. When I got home, I found all of the parts of the engine, bolts, nuts, washers thrown back into the hull, not put back together at all. Not to mention I was missing some parts such as spark plugs and the battery completely drained. When I called to ask why this was returned to me in any other way than it was given to them, I was told that since it was not repairable they didnt see a need to put it back together. A few minutes later I received a call from the manager offering to put it back together but I declined, refusing to do business with a company who handles their customers this way. Stay away from this shop, I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Unacceptable and the most unprofessional behavior from the employees.
