We wanted new openers. They recommended Genie. They installed two last year. One door had continual problems. Last time we called them, we were told “they can’t keep coming here.” Still doesn’t work consistently and they won’t show up — on a product they recommended. Strongly disappointed as evidently they don’t stand behind their product.
