They put in a new liner. And it was doomed from the start. The part below the skimmer was wrinkled and they wouldnt come and fix it. .also when they laid the new liner in, there were footprint s on the floor from not smoothing it right from then on it got worse and worse. So ten years later it is ripping and they wouldnt come and fix that either. So Im stuck having to buy a new liner from someone else. So do not go there if you want good quality. Go elsewhere

I called knapp pools to come check out the hot tub at the house I had just bought, it seemed to have a small leak in the piping. Scheduled an appointment and they never showed up. called the next day and was told they would be there that day. NO SHOW! Called again and they acted as if I had never called, rescheduled, NO SHOW! That week the temps dropped and Im sure my pipes froze because I had to shut off the pump so now I have a pile of junk sitting in the back yard that I spent well over $200 on for a new cover for nothing! Thanks Knapp Pool and Spas, A simple call explaining that you could not make it would have been acceptable. neg 10 rating here.

This place is the best pool and spa place around.

Please, whatever you do, stay as far away from this business as possible, they will take your money and never complete the pool. Has every excuse in the book, we even took to court and got a judgement, still no $$ back or pool completed. Always someone else to blame. Don;t know how he is still in business

I currently work there and the owner Les Adams will get over on his customers quicker than quick as well as his employees so my suggestion as a currently employee do not do business with him cuz like I said he will rip you off and he also rips his employees off and does not show no kind of appreciation for nobody whatsoever hes selfish greedy no matter how much you do for him hes still going to be that way

Im still waiting for my hot tub to be fixed. They said that it would be fixed the last of last week or the first of this week. It is now Thursday and still not fixed. Now the owner was supposed to have been here on 8/21/18 at 9am. So I came in to find out about my hot tub motor that was supposed to have been here on today a week ago. I cant get any answers on why or where it maybe. Ive been trying to get it fixed since July 2018. I put a deposit down on it and cant get any answers. I have health problems and need my hot tub fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!!

** UPDATE ** It is now May. I have no pool cover STILL. I filed a complaint with my attorney and the owner Les Adams told my lawyer that the pool cover was being stored at the manufacturer meaning he cashed my $3500 check, spent it on his own bills, and never paid the manufacturer for my cover. This guys is the SCUM of the earth. DO NOT do business with him. He will take your money, run with it, and never look back!Ordered a pool cover and scheduled a pool closing at the end of September to be done mid October. It is now end of December and my pool just got closed and I still have no cover. Owner is unresponsive and rude. Terrible business. Would not recommend.

STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!! Les take a deposit for me back in 2018 of September and promised me that the pool would be done last year. Until now my pool is not done his third $56,000 for me and now is ignoring me and will not return my phone calls. The pool job is the worst job I’ve ever seen in my life. He also ruined 2 acres of my property from excavating. The pool is so bad I will probably have to redo all of it with a different company starting from the beginning. HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!

Used to be great. The last year or so, gone down the tubes. Do not give him any money for a down payment-you’ll never see the product.

HE IS IGNORING MY CALLS AND HAS DISAPPEARED. DO NOT FALL INTO HIS LIES, HE IS A TALKER AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN! HIS CONTRACTORS KEEP COMING TO MY HOUSE ASKING FOR MONEY AND IF I HAVE SEEN OR HEARD FROM LES BECAUSE HE HASNT PAID ANY OF THEM. My girlfriend has been waiting almost 2 months to get her hot tub fixed and was suppose to close her pool on sept 5th and havent done it yet. Will swtch companies.
