Over the last year I have bought a serious amount of guns from these guys (and gals) and they are totally awesome to work with and are very very knowledgeable of what they are doing. I not only found a great gun shop to buy from with the best prices around but I feel as though I have also made several new friends there. Would rate this place a million times over for your firearm needs.

I have been by their shop many times, but never stopped. I ran into them at a gun show in Mason, and found them to be the only people at the entire show that was interested in selling guns. I bought a 9mm RO from them with tax for nearly 100 bucks less than big dealers in the area. Fast service and good prices. Had I lived closer to Coldwater, Id be in there to do my business.

Top notch customer service. Realized I was given the wrong magazine for my new rifle after I brought it home. After I called and complained they sent me 4 correct ones the very next week, free of charge, no questions asked! Thanks guys!

I have bought several pistols from these guys in the shop, and at Gun Shows. Not sure why the comments on the poor service as these guys have always treated me with respect and made me some hellaciously good deals! We go to just about every gun show within a couple hour drive and while we try hard to find someone to beat them, we always end up at heir table to make our purchases.

Knowledge and experience, cant beat it. Prices are the best around. Keep it up folks!

Sorry to see this business closed earlier this year, they had a nice selection, were fair with pricing both buying and selling.

Poor customer service i took my business to there competitor and spent 3800.00 I dont need there business they need us. too bad for them. plus i am going back to there competitor with my friends and they will spend there money there. next time the owner or manager should teach there employees how to treat people better. I plan on telling more people on how coldwater gun & pawn has crummy customer service.I am glad the owner slash manager agreed that his employee and him are a-hole. you have to be to let a customer leave.

I went purchase some ammo today. The store had what I wanted but refused to sell it to me because it had not been priced. Im not sure if the owners have no confidence in their employees because they are that incompetent or they have trust issues. Either way, I dont believe I will be giving them anymore of my business. Lately I have been having nothing but problems either because they dont have more than a box or they arent smart enough to have a master price list for employees to use.

Bought a gen 4 glock 20 10mm . Once I got home I realized I had two 45 magazines and it has been two months since they said they would fix the problem .I would not recommend buying a gun from a pawn shop . Horrible experience I feel like I got played .
