This a beautiful Community with a playground and picnic area! The staff are amazing to work with and make the buying process fast and easy! Great place to live!

It a awesome place I’m a kid that lives there but almost all the people are nice when I’m bored I love to go to the park and when there is allot of wind it Beautiful so I leave it a five out of five

Clean community has a lot of new homes! The staff is very friendly!

Robin and Carol were very kind and helpful! Any maintenance issues that arose were quickly handled and fixed. Had moved to MI from ID but needed to return for family purposes. Didnt have any problems with the community, which was good since expensive business equipment got left on my steps without notification from delivery service. So it was nice not to have to worry about the delivery of my packages while I was at work.I was hesitant to rent based on reviews I saw, but Robin and Carol have definitely improved the FR community at Tallgrass and take pride in their work. I enjoyed their friendly and positive energy!

Dont like this place. Would NOT recommend!!!

Cant believe how run down the place is

The community has definitely changed since Robin and Carol have been around. While we no longer live there it was nice to finally have management who would work with you and treat you with kindness and respect. We were blessed to have had Robin for 2 years. She was willing bend over backwards just to help us when we truly needed it. Now that management is where it should be I would recommend moving here. It’s been a complete 360. Especially having lived here through all the managers before we got to where we are now.

Tallgrass is a very great place! We moved in having standards of it being just your everyday trailer park. It turns out that it is a lot better than we thought, we got a great double-wide and enjoy our stay here! We would recommend this to anyone! Great workers, neighbors, and great trailers!

They have been amazing to us here really... Robin and Carol in the office really are sweethearts. Its a very quiet neighborhood. I was nervous bout living in a trailer park bc I dont really like people. But its not too bad here. Been here two yrs now.

Poor management... Do not follow through.. Yard has been tore up since we moved in a month ago with nothing but broken promises on a $73000 home! Office manager finds out I pissibly fractured my ankle and then she calls mad because my husband contacted her vendor whom he is friends with regarding when they will be starting. This is after he made numerous calls to office with no call back and upper management again with no contact

Front office does an amazing job to get you the house if you are interested amazing little community clean and rarely is there any issues

My bf and her family live here and its really starting to look nice in the park. Theres alot of nice people that live in there but some of the people are so rude, nosey, and love to start drama. And the office people are pretty friendly.

People are nice. Office personnel are changing. Hope this bunch is better. Getting work on the trailer take time.

Lived there for a year and a half to get any thing fixed have to call multiple times wait if youre lucky a month and then theyll half fix it and call it good managers are so disrespectful and rude do not live here so over priced and they continuously raise your rent in a year and a half they raised our rent over 230 dollars always payed on time horible place will screw you over

DO NOT BUY A TRAILER HERE!! They change their price on you every month so you never know what to expect to pay, they threaten eviction without proper notice, for their mistakes... E.G. They misplace your lot rent payment and deny receiving it even with the Bank backing up the fact that the money was taken.

Management is terrible. Rude, lies, and doesnt return calls. Try even lie in Court

Do not rent from here. The management is a joke and the trailers are poorly maintained and thats saying it nicely.
