Returned some coil over retainers took a little long for my refund

Order my parts more than a month and they still havent shipped. Ive called and left several messages for them to call or email me about when my parts will ship and no one returns phone calls or emails. Was only able to get someone to answer the phone all but once and they told me my parts would Ship first thing the following week and still no parts or confirmation number saying they have shipped. I have already been charges for these parts. Someone should at least return my phone calls.

Ordered step washers for my Rzr. No problem contacting them when I was looking to order. However, the parts never came. After they were a couple weeks late I called and left messages. No one would return my calls. Also sent emails with no response. For over two weeks I called or sent an email daily. Its been over two months and no parts and no returned calls. Very poor service. The whole thing may be a scam...

Lift kit for my RZR was not good. I felt like I was trying to fit a circle into a square. A lot of mods and hammering went into this lift kit. Would not recommend the lift kit.
