Thank you all at C&D, the owner did his best to give me discount as he thought I was paying out of pocket, he didnt change the discounted rate even when insurance got involved. SERGE made sure they paid for my Uber after I dropped my car off at the shop, and did a real good job. My car was ready the next business day. Have been coming here for years and my car looks exceptional every time I bring it back to get fixed. From the way it gets hit to the way it gets fixed it almost looks like magic! I brought my car in for an estimate for damage to my rear bumper. During the estimate consultation, they were very clear and concise with expected charges and informed me that after taking the bumper off, that there could be damage to my metal bar behind my bumper which would mean an increase in charges. There turned out to be damage to my support bar. The price didn’t increase significantly. They charged a very fair price. The up charge for parts was not exorbitant. The work in my car is amazing. It looks brand new. The inside was very clean upon return, and it was washed. I was also able to have my car sent to the service side for an oil change and wheel alignment. C&D Auto Body is definitely one of the best repair shops I’ve been ti.I would definitely recommend C&D to anyone.

What a great job! My van, which is 8 years old totally looks brand new. No more dings in the front. And you see where any damage was to the door and passenger rear view mirror. Van is so pretty. And not only on the outside. They told me they were going to “detail” the inside too. Well, I thought it would be presentable, but instead it looks new and pretty much even smells like new. Would I condider using them again? A resounding Y-E-S!!!

Came in with a Allstate claim and Alena, Serge and the rest of the staff were polite and very helpful. It is never fun getting into an accident especially while I am at University of Maryland but they were very located very close to campus and extremely professional. Enterprise picked me up and got me into a vehicle and when the vehicle was done they even allow you to drop the rental vehicle off at the facility which is very convenient. Repairs came out fantastic and am back on the road. Perfect all around.

Took My 2016 Honda Pilot for Repair because I got rear ended by another vehicle they fix my back bumper. They left my car like a brand new car.. The presentation of the car looks way better then when I purchased it and on top of that they vacuumed and washed my car! I was sooo happy to get my car back in a better condition than before! After my check engine light came on a couple days prior to my visit for a possible issue with my catalytic converter, I was able to quickly get an appointment over at C&D Autobody. What an amazing establishment. I recently got into an accident with Geico and was looking for a Subaru Certified Facility. The front office staff did an amazing job explaining to me the different procedures having to take place with Subaru vehicles and what kinds of parts that need to be put in my vehicle. I am usually hesitant on taking my car to places I dont trust. I am glad to say they did a phenomenal job on my Maserati. I had my wheels, calipers and scratches on the door and fender repaired and painted. They even took some photos of my vehicle when they finished with the repairs as they have an active social media. Unfortunately, my Alfa Romeo went through a couple of major accidents -- both times, I utilized C&D Auto Bodys service to get my car fixed, once with and once without going through insurance. Both times, their service and care for my vehicle were through the roof. All of their staff are friendly and extremely helpful, and have gone above and beyond to insure that I was taken care of. Im not going to anyone else, ever.

My E class was rear ended by a dump truck and I found C&D on google their reviews looked good so I had my insurance take the car there. I am very meticulous about my car so I wanted to make sure it was fixed using OEM mercedes benz parts and paint. MY GOD did they exceed my expectations. The dump truck companies insurance company tried to screw me and have them use some junkyard parts but Jason and Jorge made sure my car was put back together using OEM spec parts. The process was so easy and I received weekly updates. I was so happy i took my other two cars there to have them paint the wheels and other miscellaneous parts I am a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!

They are a very good shop and likely one of the best out there. I didnt have a perfect experience because they were not as pro-active as they could have been with communicating about Covid-delays getting parts (delays not their fault, but please let me know sooner). I also had to go back to get a little thing fixed. But, they were very good about wanting to fix it right, and the car was immaculately cleaned. So even though not a perfect experience, I can tell they are true professionals and want to get it right, and they did a very nice job.

Gary and Jason were very professional and kept me up to date on all aspects of the repairs as well as communication with the insurance company. Although working with the insurance company was like pulling teeth, the guys at C&D Auto Body made the whole process much easier for me and most importantly the work was done well and well within the time quoted to me. I want to start off with a huge thank you to Jorge at C&D Auto Body, I went there a Saturday morning for an estimate on my car that was hit parked. He took care of me quickly and gave me a run down on the things it needed done, he answered my question thoroughly and it shows he’s very knowledgeable of his work. My car was pretty filthy, when I went to go drop it off. I’ll get to this later. I needed my driver side fender repaired as well my left side of my front bumper, wheel and tire needed work too. Jorge and his team left my car like new when I went to go get my car back. I was shocked of the work they have done it’s like nothing had happened to it. They even detailed my car! And the inside too! They also took care of a clean up of plasti dip on my 5.0 emblem. I actually visited a couple of auto body shops in the area and each one quoted me DOUBLE what C&D was charging. I came for a safety inspection and the customer service/price was great. My car failed because of the front break pads but they explained everything clearly and could fix it right away. I checked with other shops and the price was fair. Between the inspection and break pads, I was there two hours and didn’t have a lunch. The service representative gave me a sandwich, fries and coffee while I waited. Above and beyond helpful. Fair and transparent pricing.

But I took it to this shop and they tore it down and marked inch by inch and the real quote was higher. Informed the insurance about this and they did the rest! The whole process was smooth! Highly recommended since they are also certified by almost all top manufacturers

After reading the reviews on line. I took my Camaro SS in for replacement of my radiator. The manager was very friendly he checked around for the best price gave me the lowest price from others I checked with. They made repair that day there were no surprises. Did a very professional job. Very pleased for just walking in and getting great service. I would for sure recommend their service to others. Thanks all Tony
