Trishana answered my call and fixed my phone and the service was amazing!! I called at 12:30 came at 2 and my phone was done by 2:20! It was quick, easy, and I am so happy I found this place. I will definitely be coming back if needed.

So...I Walked into the local phone carrier store with my Apple 6; I thought I had a broken screen. I am a 60+ year old woman. The rep tried to sell me a new phone (I have 2 months left until mine is paid off). At no point did he even suggest a repair; he said I could get a refurbished phone if I paid the $200 insurance deductible. I decided to think about it. On a whim, I stopped at My Cell Phone repair in College Park to see if they could repair it. Trish looked at me and told me that I did not have a cracked screen; the glass protector was cracked. My phone was fine. She replaced the protector efficiently and quickly. She saved me a lot of money. Highly recommend the store.

My phone was working perfectly fine but I went there to get my screen changed. When I got my phone back the fingerprint wasn’t working and the brightness was too low. I went back to get it changed but they said they couldn’t do anything about it. On top of that the girl that helped me had an attitude and said I shouldn’t drop my phone that’s why it doesn’t work. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Dropped my phone in water while washing the dishes phone was severely damaged by the water screen turned blue and lines going threw it. Spoke to Trish she set up a appointment with me in which she kindly waived the diagnostic fee. Dropped the phone off and she assured me it could be fixed. Later that day went to pick up the phone works perfectly!!! I will recommend this place to friends and also will get my laptop fixed here. Trish was very kind and friendly and I will definitely go back for any other service.

I thought my phone was completely broken, but turns out Carlos was able to fix it in less than an hour! 1/3 of my screen was black and it was horribly cracked. Now my screen is working perfectly and I did not have to spend a ton of money getting it fixed.

Fake phone repair center. All they were interested in was just to collect what they referred to as diagnoses fee from me. And that was it. They kept telling me that they ordered the parts for the repair of the phone, and that the parts were on the way. I waited for over two weeks, the parts never came. They even advised me to take my phone back if I couldnt wait any longer for the parts which were taking forever to come. They gave me back my phone without any repairs after taking my money. So sad. These sorts of things shouldnt be happening in the United States. Curiosly enough, the four times I was at this store to check if my phone had been repaired, I never met a single customer there. That says a lot.

Went to another business in Beltsville that refused to perform the work after receiving a bad review so took the phone for battery replacement to My Cellphone Repairs. Other place had the phone from Saturday and by Monday afternoon work was still incomplete after inquiry. My Cell Phone Repairs did the job in 20 minutes. Got a smoothie next door while we waited. The only issue is having to pay for parking, although this is a college town. Highly recommend Jose. Professional and straightforward. Price quote was the same, a little lower, than the other business, and no steep stairs to walk up.

My experience with this company has been absolutely terrible. I have no idea why they have 4.9 out of 5 stars (go to Yelp for the REAL reviews). I had an appointment to get my screen fixed on Friday but had to come back on Saturday because my phone would not charge all of a sudden. Not only could they not fix it (go figure), but they took no responsibility for what happened. Waste of time, money and brain cells because trying to get an explanation from them is like talking to a wall.

I am very grateful to these folks. Through a series of unfortunate events, I messed up the operating system on my phone. I needed an expert opinion on how to proceed. These guys were willing and able to fix my device, but they were also courteous enough to let me know that the prognosis was not good, and that the cost would be high to do so. They let me know this up front. They responded to my e-mail for a quote request within an hour, and on a Saturday morning no less! Their honesty and expertise saved me a whole lot of time and money.

I paid $279 to get my surface pro 3s broken screen fixed, and this is what I got back. A screen with a blck spot that is not showing anything. As soon as I noticed the problem, I took it back immediately, but after waiting for more than a week, they told me that it is normal to have something like it, and even replace my surface pro with another sceen will have the same problem(thats completely false since I have contacted the MS repair center about this issue). I am extremely unhappy about the service not because they messed it up in the first place, but how they tried to mitigate the problem by making unjustified claims. Now, I am contacting them again about a partial refund for the damage, and I will see what happens.Update: after couple days of waiting, I was able to get 50% of the money back,which is $144. Therefore, I am changing my review from 1star to 3.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had them replace the charging port on my phone and in the process they broke my microphone. I gave it back to them to fix and it took well over TWO weeks to get it back. I checked in on it after one week and was told it would be ready in 2 days, 4 days after that they were still waiting on the part. I called again to see where it was and was not even offered an apology for the inconvenience and delay!! How pathetic!
