Had a connecting flight in Atlanta and wanted to leave a review for Jasmine, the store cashier, who went above and beyond regarding the customer service. I didnt have my wallet with me and she actually purchased my notepad for me with her own money! Im not sure you can have better customer service than that. I feel a little guilty but writing helps me tame anxious thoughts. Thank you Jasmine and I hope your company sees this review and compensates you for the incredible act of kindness!
Nice store,lady this afternoon had poor customer service
The woman at the counter had poor customer service next to B11 gate at 4:15 pm Delta Airlines area. Sad to get such piss poor service.
