I visit this racetrack every single day before work.. The staff here is amazing always, but today I encountered an employee that I never have before her name is Zyleka She’s RUDE.. Very Rude.. She is not the face to have at the register.. she was so busy talking to another employee about another customer loudly across the store.After she rung my items up she continued to talk,I had to ask for a bag and do u think she placed my items in my bag.. NO I DID.. That conversation was way more important.. She needs to be in the back or at another store. We don’t need her over here in this area

The level of service has declined here The pumps will not print receipts, At times it is inconvenient to walk inside for a receipt

As others state, the store picks its own hours. They just lock the doors and claim theyre closed for a specified, usually lengthy, time. Its 8 pm on a Sat and theyre closed. Employees visible, too. Hilarious. This place has really gone downhill.

Just like most other RaceTrac locations, absolute trash. Always out of stuff and always closed for a 24 hr store. It doesn’t matter the time of day. 12 am, 12pm, anything between... 80% of the time I come here it’s closed for one reason or another with a sign on the door. For example, it is currently 2:56 pm on a Saturday and the store is closed. 🙄😒

Hours of operation says they open 24 hours but im standing in front of the store right now at 10:45 pm doors locked but i see three workers inside. I decided to call to see what was going on and was told they will open back up at 5am like what time do yall close its Friday night at 10 not even late and your store is closed

Stopped to use the bath room but they do offer hot food I would say its like a wawa

I dont like to shop in a business where the person behind the counter drags their feet as if theyre doing me a favor and I was not paying of what I am buying. On top of the bad attitude there was an attempt to subtract a $10 lottery ticket I have paid for. I think I finally understand why the other Race Trac store that is just two or three miles down on the same road is always busy and this one is emptied.

I am usually not one to complain, but, it’s getting a little annoying. Here lately, more often than not, you all are closed inside for “sanitation” around the 11-11:30p hour. This is also when many people are getting off work and coming out of the huge parking lot behind you, probably in need of something for the ride home. Maybe there is something I don’t know, but it seems like it’d make more sense for this cleaning period to happen more around the 1am or later hour. Just some friendly food for thought.

This location now picks its own hours they close when they like. They are no longer 24 hours. Went there tonight and they were closed at 11 oclock p.m. went there yesterday they was closed by 12 theyre not consistent with their hours of operation they supposed to be 24 hours.

Located just outside of the busiest airport in the world, this is by far one of the cleanest gas stations ever! Its well lit and from coffee to tea. Frozen yogurt and other pleasantries theres tons of options.

This race Trac is always clean and well stocked the associates are always super friendly.

This Racetrac has gone down hill. The store is always dirty, the pumps are dirty, trash seems to overflow at the pump quite often. Bathrooms are dirty alot. Store is never fully stocked. Some employees dont wear Racetrace anything. They eat behind the counter. I dont trust any roller grill item. There is only empanadas in the food box. Where is the pizza, breakfast tacos, something? Depending on whose here at night, they close the store down for hours. Thought this store was 24 hours. So I only come here for gas and coffee now and thats only when I dont wanna drive somewhere else. Bring back Amanda and Octavious. They were the best. Store stayed clean. Outside stayed clean. Food was stocked. Pumps were wiped down. They had great attitudes. With those 2 I was here everyday.Update: Octavious is back!!!

Store is always closed. Don’t come around 2-5 the store will not be open.

2nd night in a row that they’re “closed for sanitation”. The cleaning isn’t the issue, the night staff AND security are. Last night I was told the closing hour is 2am-3am, it was 1:40. I pull tonight at 1:30, closed. I’m back here AGAIN at 2:13 am.... still closed for sanitation.

20 + customers in the store and a growing line and of the 3 people behind the counter only 1 was working and paying any attention to me staring at them in line ready to check out. One of them was squatting down on the ground (hiding?) for over 5 minutes playing on her cell phone. Guess my time isnt important.

It says 24 hours but its not at 9:50 they close the doors and lock them to clean up the place they dont open it back up till 5:30 theyre losing a lot of money

Have the best Preis for regular gas in the area! But the recipe paper was empty, so it’s bad when you need one for the company.

Always open ALWAYS busy. This gas station ⛽️ has quick food or snacks and many pumps. There is usually some security watching the establishment. Get the gas you need, quickly and get back on the expressway.

Gas price is 20% higher than other RaceTracs around. Not so clean. Apple/Google Pay not working at the pump.

Bad service its closed at 6am in the morning. Why even have a gas station and its closed.

They take android pay, so i go there all the time. thay also sell cheap gas. different types of gsa, and also diesel.

If you are looking for E-85 gas. This is a great place. Plenty of E-85 pumps

If the restrooms gonna be closed at 800 am you need to have a second option for your customers.

Now every other night I try to come to this store after work well tonight I decided to go In and shop me and my boyfriend Now there are ppl in they work clothes so because we walked in in our regular clothes i guess the Security guard came in behind us just watching our every move which made me very uncomfortable then when I get in the line two people already in front of me he never walked to the counter to see what they got so as soon as I get to the counter to pay for my stuff he runs up there looking at me like I stole something once again he made me uncomfortable so I asked the cashier why he run up there like that looking at me all she can say is that my Security what she fell to relize that made her Customer uncomfortable and I will be back tomorrow but he need to be talked to about that and she do to I work in costumer services and Ik if a costumer have a problem to address it this is unprofessional at it’s best

The only reason I wont give them five star is because there lines are always too long and never enough cashiers. Although great convince store with lots of option and gas is always cheap. My kids love the frozen yogurt samples.

The Manager on the Second shift was very rude he was a guy. He know the Credit Card system went down but didn’t tell anybody he just kept saying cash only when everyone else was just looking around wondering what’s going on. Then when I asked him what’s going on and then that’s when he tell us it’s down then has the nerve to get a attitude!!

The employees werent nice to say the least! Got a tiny amount of ice cream from the swirl machine, the sign said 44 cents/ oz. Found out at the register that theyre doing a 3$ flat rate. So I nicely suggested that putting up a sign that says so would be a good idea. The cashier said in a very rude tone that theres already a sign, without sending anyone to go check or anything. So I paid 3 $ (for less than a 1$ worth serving). And then went to sit down at the table, it was right by the icecream machine. THERE WAS NO VISIBLE SIGN THERE! When I asked another employee about the promotion, she had trouble finding the sign.. after some effort she finally found it behind the cups and lids. And then added Its been there for 2 months..

Very convenient. Has a lot of quick lunch and go selections. If you have a little time, they have sitting area on the inside and outside.

Went in to grab a cup of coffee before heading to work at the airport.. The cashier was very friendly and must have been in a good mood because I walked out with a free large coffee and breakfast biscuit. I will definitely be returning here.

Good place to stop for gas and some coffee and the rest rooms are usually clean. However the frozen yogurt always looks a little dirty and the parking lot and fuel area are pretty busy. Also its a pain to get in and out of this place.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have always found the store to be clean and orderly. The College Park Police Officers are present during the evening hours which provides a sense of security. Very disappointed with the behavior of the female Police Officer on duty early this morning. I purchased a cup of coffee returned to my vehichle. About five minutes after sitting in my car the officer approached me to ask if I was waiting for someone I told her no but I was waiting for my coffee to cool so I could drink it. She told me not to stay long because I could be a crime of opportunity. There was a woman who had been sitting in her car parked a few spaces from mine. She was parked before I arrived yet the Police Officer approached me and not the woman. I spend about $60-$70 a week between gas and coffee etc at Racetrac but spending five minutes to let my coffee cool so I can drink it is a problem. I have never been harassed by the male Police Officers posted at the store. This is the second time I have been harassed and made to feel uncomfortable by a female College Park Police Officer posted at the location. The College Park Police and Racetrac need to do better when assigning and/or hiring Police Officers.

Fountain drinks could be better. But a typical RaceTrac location so not bad.

Nice gas station with everything you might if you are flying out the next day and forgot razors.

A bit overpriced everything. First gas pump on the right of the store (as you are facing the store) is never working properly. It has been more than a year now since I noticed that the pump is broken (but it could have been longer.... is just that I noticed then) and they still didnt fix it. The safety switch keeps on blocking the pump and you can never fill your tank on that particular one.

Please boycott this RaceTrac! security personnel are always yelling and fighting with each other and customers. Sgt. Thomas is physically and verbally abusive. They are far more threatening than any customer. Totally unprofessional and unlike the staff and facilities. There are plenty of other service stations in the area with discounts and safer parking lots.

The men’s restroom is always a hot mess. It smells of urine and the urinals look as if some one left human feeces in them. Pieces of toilet paper are on the floor. Along with other trash. It’s disgusting. I think maybe they’re short handed during the shift to clean the restroom. Otherwise the place is okay but, The restroom isn’t up to racetrac standards of cleanliness.

My favorite place to stop for gas in the Tri Cities area of College Park, Hapeville, and East Point. Easily accessible, coffee is always hot, soft serve ice cream all the time, staff is nice, and you dont have to brave the crazy traffic near the Camp Creek Shopping Plaza near 285. You can sneak through the GA Convention Center, too, to get to this Racetrac, but sometimes it is tough to cross the traffic going in and out of Delta to get there. This is a well-lit, safe, 24-hour location. Highly recommend.

I went in this establishment in 8/22/2014. I came up to the line. Three young lady just looked at me. No hello how are you our nothing. All the other employees were very nice. Not get tho

People at this Racetrac too lazy to learn how to work their machine so the agent and manager just lied to me and told me that they dont take the iHOPE card. Just hate when the combination of laziness and poor training.

Last night we stop by this Racetrac to get drinks and snacks before making our 1.5 hr drive back home. After making our purchases and getting back into our car my wife realized she left her phone on the counter next to cappuccino machine and immediately went back inside asking the employees if someone had found her phone, the two employees said NO, after frantically searching the store with no success I started calling her phone which she knew she heard it inside. So she used my phone to lock hers out and make hers sound off a alert signal. When I went back inside I could hear my wifes phone sounding off around the cash register, I sternly asked the female clerk, is that my wifes phone....with hesitation she said yes, as if she knew she we were looking for it, I mean it was only at best 2 minutes had lapsed when she asked them if they had found her phone which was left on the other side of the store, by the way my wife clearly recounts the female employee was next to her while she was getting her frappiccihno. After I retrieved her phone and gave it to my wife outside, two customers that witnessed my wife and I going back fourth looking for her phone and witnessed how I or we found it, they couldnt believe what they just seen. I tell you it made us so sick, I had to talk my wife out of going in there and dragging her out and stomping her butt. The female employee was wearing a name tag Angel I will not be back to this store ever!!!!

Very accessible to the airport and I-85, they also sell E-85 gasoline which is a big plus considering its so hard to find gas stations that sell it.
