Stay away from this place! Just left from this establishment & still completely in shock. My business was declined basically because the store has a manager (Larry) whom hasnt properly been checking paperwork & instead has been focused more on getting money. So since he has screwed up royally, honest people whom actually have real bank accounts & real careers to place real money into those accounts have to pay for it.I went in today to finalize my affairs, but was met with a front of fear tactic & intimidation. My mother was placing her information on file along with mine to make sure that I had everything covered. I called my Mother for Larry to gain consent from her. As this was occurring, Larry received a call from another customer & proceeded to speak to them very rudely. Once their conversation ended, he walked out of the store & left me there in complete disbelief for about 3 minutes! He then returned & decided not to do business with me because my Mother resides in another state & he basically saw me as lying thief because of others hes done business with. To make himself feel even better about being extra scary, he called the finance company. When asked if my Mother was located over 200 miles away, I stated no (As I had stated before while he was trying to overtalk & intimidate me) & he stated of course she is.Larry...my mother is NOT located over 200 miles away from Atlanta, which is what I stated several times. Im not sure if you know where SC is located. I also informed you of how long the bank account had been open, employment status, etc to even further ensure to you that I nor my Mother had any reason to commit fraud or steal from you all. I can completely understand wanting to take extra precautionary measures to crack down on the bad people, but I, sir, am not one of those bad people. Im a Certified Life Coach & can honestly say that you need to learn better communication & customer service skills or find another path of life because youre doing more harm than good for the business. There are plenty of hardworking, non-fraud committing people that possibly would do business with you all, but they wont if they have to pay for your mistakes of not properly checking paperwork in the past. Your fear tactics & intimidation dont scare someone whom walks in truth. So, truthfully, Ill gladly talk my business elsewhere.

I saw a bed on Facebook late one night and requested information. The next morning Larry called and we completed the purchase. By 3:00pm my beautiful bedroom was completed. Very professional, I would recommend anyone to visit this store.

I’ve been seeking the perfect bed for my husband and I all year! Needless to say I noticed a new furniture store in my marketplace on Facebook and decided to go in and check out the inventory. I was greeted by a man named Larry. *very professional* I viewed the catalog and FELL IN LOVEEEE with my new bed. Larry put my order in and I had my bed delivered and setup by the company! I’ll definitely be back there to purchase more furniture!

Do not do business here. Larry is the owner and the one who is replying to these reviews and he is also a poor businessman. I found their ad on Let Go and called to get more info. I went to the store and was approved for finanacing and picked the items I needed. Larry called and ordered the couch, but while on speaker with the warehouse was informed it was for someone else. I changed my mind on that couch we found another one and a bed. He then asked me about delivery I told him I would go get the furniture but if I found money for delivery would allow it to be delivered. He called the next morning and told me he canceled my order. After some back and forth he told me the couch I picked was out of stock anyway. I called with two more choices and left them on the voice mail. I got no call back for a few days and when he did call back this morning. (9/10/18) he tells me that there is a cancellation fee for the original couch and an application fee that he is now charging me for his store because he doesn’t believe I really want the furniture. None of that made any sense to me... it was disrespectful to say and to hear. It was also insulting, belittling and just poor customer service. I reached out and drove all the way to the store. I took two hours to sit and pick furniture, but to Larry that means I’m not interested? If you want to be insulted and harrased go here..if not don’t waste your time or energy.

Got furniture delivered by this company. The manager told me 10am, but instead showed up at 12pm. During delivery, he and his driver knocked over my printer and broke it. Smdh. The furniture is cheap. I wish I had stuck to my guns and got furniture from Rooms 2 Go as I said. But, dont do it!

The service was excellent ! Wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my furniture.

THE WHOLE TIME IM SITTING IN THE OFFICE DOING MY PAPERWORK THE STORE MANAGER LARRY CALLS 50 TIMES TELLING THE LADY IM DEALING WITH IN THE STORE “MAKE SURE YOU GET THE MONEY DONT LET THEM LEAVE WITHOUT GETTING THE $150” JUST VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I IEHS I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS BECAUSE THIS IS NOT RIGHT ESPECIALLY WHEN IM DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU!

Confirmed appointment twice to not have a salesperson show up.

Called this place and spoke to larry....This Guy must be on something,he does not answer any questions at all,he could not shut his mouth,one of the worst customer service experience i have ever witnessed,he should be Fired on the spot,A complete MORON
