After sitting on hold for 36m 42seconds I decided to contact Grainger. They answered, they provided the information I needed, and they got my business.

Probably the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Shout out to Josh! I came in with a capacitor I thought was bad from my condenser unit. Josh tested it and confirmed it was good. I described the issue in more detail and he recommended I try the contactor, which fixed it!Once I got back home, I saw the old one and it doesn’t look too good. New vs old below.

Great service and very knowledgeable associates. Ive used Johnstone Supply at other locations for many years and they always have a great supply of HVAC products and great people. This was my 1st visit to this location and it is Top Notch like all the others.
