Walked in showroom 5 years ago and spent over $4,000 on above ground pool as a consumer off the street. Called today for a replacement liner and was told that I had to be in pool business to buy their product. Receptionist laughed at me when I described sales people, evidently they still work there. I was transferred to Mark you informed me that he wished he could walk in General Motors and buy a car straight from factory. Totally unprofessional and rude, would not recommend them even as a dealer.

Might need to update hours. Here at 10:45 Saturday morning...doors locked? States closes at 12, drove over 30 minutes for a part for nothing!
