Very excellent, pleasant, and knowledgeable customer service. Also, the property is clean and well-maintained. Proximity to MARTA public transportation was a huge plus for me. Thank You, ATL Storages Staff for a very satisfying experience.

Its a pretty clean location with great customer service. I am not a patron but I know someone who is and her unit was pretty clean. I just didnt care for the stale odor. But it could be coming from a culmination of all the units combined.

Has lower prices than other locations.

An awful place.The upstairs operations is antiquated. Its dangerous moving in and out without an elevator. You have to carry your items up and down a very steep staircase with razor thin steps.The manager has a rude, nasty, and hostile personality. She seems to be annoyed with her job, duties and the customers. I cant imagine why my sister opted for this location.Savings shouldnt be an exchange for an exasperating and ghastly experience!

I rented a unit for a year. Moved out today.Marie was so helpful. My unit was very clean. Marie is doing a good job training Bridgette.They are both nice to work with.

Great storage place, however Uhaul computer systems need work.
