Julian is absolutely hands down the best service rep I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He is patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He will always be honest with you and it feels like your dealing with a good friend instead of a service rep. Randy is also fabulous. These two gentlemen will keep me coming back to Verizon in College Place. Any employer is very lucky to have someo e like Julian on their team.

I cant remember the gals name but she was very helpful. Very informative, friendly and got us in and out with our new phone line. Very happy with our experience and my brothers bfay present. Would love to work with her again. Wish I knew her name to get her the props. She even helped clear some update problems with my phone. Thank you

Was spoken to rudely and condescendingly. Was told they were too busy, no problem. However, I asked for their hours of operation for the next day and was told they never know from day to day if they’ll even be open. Again with a snotty attitude. I asked the benefit of coming to their store instead of online services… human interaction. Lol. I tried to sign up online with no success, so I drove to the other store across town. I’ve been there 3 times in two days, with the result being my old phone no longer receiving cell service. Went in tonight with 2 full hours left of store operation. Was told they wouldn’t be able to help me before closing. 2 ppl ahead of me in line.

The customer service here is severely lacking. They are rude and condescending. Before you come at me I was very polite the entire time. I too work in customer service so I know what these kinds of jobs can be like. However that being said they really are awful here and the few times I’ve been in there, have been less than exemplary and not helpful at all.

The Assistant Manager helped me retrieve my old phone number, long story! The customer service I received was outstanding! The were patient, customer oriented and went out of their way to take care of my issue. Great business and I will always use them!

Verizon would not accept a phone with a cracked screen for their upgrade promotion even though it clearly says it includes damaged phones. As a result we had to get someone else to replace the screen for 1/3 the price of a new phone, on a phone that is almost 2 years old. It is clear that Verizon is not very concerned about customer satisfaction.

Whoever owns this Verizon store should reevaluate who they have on their customer service team. I was very unsatisfied with the Manager and the specific employee that I dealt with today. I came in yesterday to ask if somebody could help me with a very specific question regarding a new phone I just received. She said that she could help me with it, but that I would need to make an appointment. I was fine with this, and we made it for today. I went in today, and within the first 5 minutes after explaining what I needed help with, she told me I just needed to call customer service. I asked if she could help me get to the right technical support because when I tried before, the line was disconnected and unavailable. She said she could not because they were limiting the amount of time customers were in the store. I dont understand this because this is the whole purpose of making an appointment, the time was designated for me. I am very frustrated and disappointed in this store and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Verizon has become THE WORST company on the planet to communicate with, I have never been so frustrated with a business It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of a real person and their phone tree is terrible. It wont allow you to sign in and every prompt tells you to sign in. This is why I have left Verizon for Pure Talk USA, even in leaving Verizon has locked my phone so I cant transfer carriers. YOU PEOPLE SUCK.

Have been trying to get Verizon in College Place to help me with my phone. I have talked to tech support and they dont know how or wont unlock my phone. They suggested I go to a Corporate Store and discuss the problem and this is why I went to the College Place store.The phone is completely paid for and out of contract. I was informed none of Verizon phones are locked so they could not help me. They would not even look at the phone. They suggested I get online and make an appointment for next week. Very poor customer service and it looks like I am not the only victim of Verizon Wireless. I did receive good service at the Verizon Store on Wilbur by there reps.

Store open - but not to public. By appointment only - no phone number to call for appointment. Spent 40 minutes on the phone with customer service. CSR on phone tried to help, solution is to go to Pendleton Oregon store (45 miles away).

Worst service ever, been with verizon over 11 years and this store manager would not even look at my phone or understand my problem. I finally just went to Kennewick to the verizon store there where a guy named Ricky was very helpful and let me know that the phone I ordered online was a 4G only phone and would not receive a signal below 4G, so I asked him if I could return it for a different phone and he was very helpful in that, and got me all fixed up. Just, if the manager of the college place verizon actually had the knowledge of the equipment and the understanding of what was the problem, I would have not had to drive and two hours to Tri Cities.

The staff is great, but are under company thumb. They also have their own rules, which often dont follow the same as other Verizon stores, making it difficult to have any consistency across the board. That all topped off with Verizons ridiculously expensive services and you have yourself a company to avoid at all costs. You can either drive a brand new luxury car, that is actually luxury, or have a luxury Verizon account.

Most Downgrading Experience ever. Left the phone company I was with to see if Verizon changed for the better with Company and Local experience, only to get a face full of (Sorry we can not do that. We can not do this. Verizon wont do that for you...) I do not need to go on with all that. So, to anyone in my Local area, Be careful. With how the workers at Verizon acted, Im better off with *No Phone* at all. I wished everyone Happy Holidays, at least they where nice to wish one back. Never coming back. I wanted to give this a (-5 Stars) for what I was put through.

Customer service is better this last 6+ months. Better caring staff. The last few years they tried to sell you the store. I hated dealing with them anymore because of the pushy sales. Great service coverage and the customer service at the store has improved a lot. The fees though are crazy especially when buying a new phone. Why charge a activation fee for existing customers pretty ridiculous!!

Service(phone service) is terrible and not worth the high price. You can get better unlimited service at cricket for half the cost or less. Never had bad customer service at all, just the service for the phone itself

Very poor. If I can figure out how to give a no star rating, that is what they would have gotten. Took my home phone T2000 for them to give me one that worked and wont get into all the details, but they wouldnt believe me that it was not working. They wanted me to bring all my equipment in for them to verify that it was not my equipment and that it was the T2000 that was bad. In the short version, they kicked me out of the store after I told them I worked on phones and knew that the T2000 had a problem... They said I had an attitude problem. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Verizon can be very busy, but if you go early you can get right in - which is what I did. The employee who helped me was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and helped me get the right phone. He even talked me out of the more expensive option because I wouldnt have used the extra processing power.

We visited this store about 2 months ago after a HORRIBLE experience with a non corperate store here in Kennewick. They got us 300 a piece for each of our phone trade ins, and set us up with a plan that works for us. The transition only took about an hr, and unlike the store here in Kennewick, they transfered our numbers and data for free. So, a little patience doesnt kill you when you go into a busy small store. Too many times people only comment when they didnt get their way.

Customer service was deplorable I brought a phone in Galaxy Samsung S7 it had a battery that was swelling up pushing the back off the phone it also had a crack in the front on the screen the manager wouldnt look at the phone the technician that looked at it made the assumption that the crack was created by me not possible by the battery they wouldnt even try and get ahold of customer service for me to talk to themFor a corporate store the employees dont know anything they make the judgment on whether you get a phone or not and theyre not trained well enough
