A little pricy, wish they would contract with sensationnel wigs. Or find a better substitute for synthetic lace fronts. I spend a-lot of money here. Would spend more if they had a loyalty card system or something. I compare prices before i shop at any local beauty store. I suggest anyone do that before buying hair/products. Thank you for serving us throughout 2020.

If you read my previous review please ignore it, I am an idiot. They charged me correctly and even added a discount I wasn’t aware of. When I went back to dispute the “wrong” receipt they were very nice and patient going through each item. They are honest, transparent and definitely treat their customers with respect.

They need more products and a bigger selection.

Very friendly service. If they are out something you want, they will get your number and call you when it comes in.

My wife went into this store to buy items for her hair and came back complaining that they focus so much on her as though she came there to steal, making it very uncomfortable for her to shop. They also very hostile to my kid. I understand they might have problems with people stealing but not everyone is there to steal.

Great store would give it 5stars except the watch u like a hawk and make u feel uncomfortable

I will never go back again. As I walked around the store, I was followed the entire time. Another young lady walked in, who also happened to be black, so a second store employee came from the back to watch her as well. I was uncomfortable the entire time. They will never get my business again!!!!!!
