Best place to buy Texas A&M merchandise. You can buy all and every product related to the university starting from a coaster to a sweatshirt. Didnt gave fifth star because its bit expensive.
Well run. Good selection. Great, fast checkout given the game day crowds.
Well stocked and organized merchandise. Good variety too if you like maroon.
Will not pick up the phone to help after multiple calls. Can’t answer basic questions about my order, overall unhelpful. I would urge you to never use this business when ordering books!
It is a great bookstore within the Memorial Student Center on the A&M campus. Excellent selection of clothing, books, gifts, and food.
Has everything you need to get started for school. Clothes, books, food, scantrons. If you need something for school they have it here.
Great store. Has everything a student can use.
Great staff. Ordering your books online will save you a lot of time waiting line at checkout.
Great place but I always spend to much money on Aggie gear
Found on lower level of the MSC. Selection of A&M branded / related clothing and apparel items is vast. Prices are a bit high on those, all seen at full suggested retail price. Office type supplies, books available; textbooks vary in stock. Good selection of snacks and drinks, even some less common items are found here. Prices more reasonable on those and ok for convenience factor. Some food offerings, separate from cafeteria and others adjacent, plus Starbucks inside too, but only available during open store hours. Friendly, but sparse, staff experience on multiple visits. Several mobile and card payment options are accepted.
Pricey but a nice shopping experience.
Great selection of Aggies gear to suit babies to grandparents. And a great sale going on.
Typical college bookstore, lots of Aggie merch, but no jewelry for my wife.
Absolutely fantastic staff present. I needed an item from downstairs (the campus bookstore closes a bit earlier) and one of the managers offered to go down and grab what I needed. He came back up with multiple options and helped me pick what was best for me. All around a great customer experience!
Great store with a great variety of Texas A&M merchandise.
They sell Aggie stuff and have Starbucks coffee.
Great food! Especially their fried cheese. Its not worth going if you dont get their fried cheese.
Fantastic selection, truly great selection, their prices on the other hand? This schools tuition is already pretty, then to turn around and charge students some of those astronomical prices, just doesn’t feel right.Again I repeat that they have an amazing selection of good quality school branded clothes and to add to that you know it is all official merchandise. So if you have oodles of extra money laying around, you are a wealthy alumni, or mommy and daddy gave you a few hundred dollars extra this month go here, there was a beautiful polo that costs over $200. If you are like the rest of us go to the Aggie store over by the Dixie Chicken instead.
Great bookstore met all my needs!
Convenient.
Such a beautiful bookstore! It also has all the Aggie swag you could ever need, a Starbucks, and even a convenience store inside. The biggest reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because Lord help you if you ever need a textbook at the beginning of the semester. Be prepared to wait hours in line, even if you order online and go to pick it up in store.
If you are European and didnt see that many comics stores this is one you must visit. So many comics to choose from. Found even those I though couldnt exist. Perfect gift for your friend at home. And the team that works there. They do know what they have and will help you as much as possibleAdding one photo of one of their section. Shop is way bigger.
Employees and products are excellent..
I’ve had this problem a couple times but sometimes the staff can be fairly rude and unhelpful.Earlier today I only asked about availability and not only was I cut off but I was somewhat aggressively told they just wouldn’t have it in stock... I just think 95% of what was said could’ve been said in a more efficient and quite frankly nicer way.Odd thing I’ve noticed-older staff tend to be most rude. College kids do tend to be more polite and understanding.
We took our daughter for a tour of the campus and stopped into this store. They have everything needed or wanted with A&M on it. Had fun looking around.
Very upset about my experience at the book store. Purchased a pullover rain jacket and noticed it was ripped under the arm after wearing it twice. Went to exchange it and was condescendingly turned down. I was shocked and honestly speechless by how rudely I was treated. The student workers have always been very kind and helpful but the management staff really goofed. As a third generation Aggie, I was very disappointed.
Large collection of TEXAS A&M merchandise. Most kinda books and stationery supplies are also available.
So much to choose from
It has a long line for check out but thats because it has everything a student could need and being located at the MSC lower level its easy to find.
Do not order used rentals; you will be sent a new rental at the new rental price. On multiple occasions I have ordered used rentals and felt great about saving some money only to be charged/sent a new rental each and every time. It may be that the textbooks my graduate program requires are in short supply, but the website shouldnt provide you with the option of ordering a used rental if they are not available. When you checkout you are forced to agree to terms that state you will pay for a new rental if a used rental is not available, and if you dont accept, you cannot proceed with ordering textbooks. Sometimes the difference from used to new is over $100, so, just in case, be prepared to pay the new rental price.
A lovely sea of maroon. We went during the new year and pretty much it was the only thing on campus open. Staffed, clean, well organized.
Includes a strong selection of Aggie merchandise and a small convenience store. Not a great selection of books (non-textbooks) compared to most Barnes&Noble stores. Prices are ridiculously high on textbooks but you can at least find them here.
It sold more clothes and merchandise than books. This should be a gift shop not a bookstore. The prices were super high and nothing in there seemed like it was made with any care at all. I would suggest buying from Amazon instead. Overall this place seems like its just scamming the student body who doesnt know better.
Great place. Huge. Lots of things to see and do. They have a bus system to help get around. Highly recommend if youve never been to Texas A&M University.
Full of soo many wonderful things. I just walked around to pass time and there is a lot in that store, both upstairs and downstairs. Some stuff is pretty expensive but then again it is A&M
Great place
Really nice school! I took some kids on a college visit there. Bookstore was really nice but items were really expensive.
Great place to buy all A&M memorabilia.
Really a nice store, they have done a great job with selection and quality of items. They have good sales and staff is always willing to help.
My daughter was notified Sunday that her book was ready for pick up, 2 weeks into school starting. She picked it up yesterday, Labor Day and tried to return it next day. They would not return it because last day to return was last Friday although her order wasn’t ready until after Friday! Ridiculous store policy. If they had processed her order before Friday she could have returned it no problem but she didn’t get any kind of benefit of a return like the other students that were fortunate to get processed within 2 weeks return window! I wonder how many orders were processed after Friday exactly to prevent a return that is quite a scheme they have going on. Feeling discriminated against because of their inability to not offer a reasonable return despite when they processed my order. It wasn’t our fault but definitely MSC financial gain. Anybody at TAMU care about students being taken advantage of???
Great choices, but tough campus to drive around (it was raining).
In the biggest and most luxurious student center/union that Ive ever visited. (Ive been to 50+ university/college campuses.)
For how small the sci fine section is, they had some good picks. Not to mention some good gifts for family. However, fairly expensive merchandise.
Fast good service, but B&N Prices
Having toured several colleges, this one is pretty average. Lots of TAMU gear. None of it super creative. We tried to buy two different shirts for my daughter, but they were out of small and medium sizes.
This was a good visit but the supply of maroon hoodies were very limited only one large in the whole store
Great selection! Love the Starbucks in the store too! A little pricey, but its the University bookstore so its to be expected.
Advice from a senior: dont go during the first week of classes or you will be in line for a long time. Otherwise its a great place.
Nice location on campus but extremely hight prices
Great place to get A&M stuff.
Very helpful staff even though my books were unavailable they are making an effort 6 weeks early to get it for me.
Will have you on hold or will not pick up the phone at all.
Great selection and reasonably prices
Very nice but also very expensive. I love and miss Aggieland!
Great bookstore with lots of a&m swag. Im sure we will be back.
Great selection of Aggie gear, though sometimes the prices are a little extreme.
Adds insult to the injury of textbooks by selling overpriced school supplies. They do have what you need though.
Great selection, but any place with the audacity to sell single subject notebooks at $6.00 loses all of my respect, especially when you can buy the same brand notebook at walmart for a third of that price. It feels more like price gouging than anything.
Good place to read Parking Cars and have a coffee!
Super convenient location and standard prices
The biggest, most beautiful Barnes and Noble which sells all things Aggie!
Great collection. Easy to access for students
Loved the store! Great selection and super helpful staff!
It had nice things BUT WAY to EXPENSIVE omg a hoodie cost like 120 dollars😶😑😐
Bought two tops and tried to return, exchange or get store credit and didn’t have receipt. Still had tags attached and said they couldn’t do anything without receipt. Be very careful when purchasing and keep receipt or you’re stuck with what you buy.
Stocked items are overpriced, the layout downstairs had no rhyme or reason, and as far as I could tell there were no bathrooms in this store to speak of, but the staff was polite enough. Only go here if you have to get something quicker than Amazon can deliver.
As the university changes so does the bookstore. This is a wonderful store and it has lots of memorabilia to purchase.
They didnt have fried cheese 😔
Great place to buy what you need for college but prices are expensive as with any bookstore. Easy to find the books you need and people are happy to assist you.
Very clean and well organized. Lots of Aggie hear to choose from
Wide variety of A&M souvenirs and very friendly and efficient staff.
Everyone kept greeting me with howdy!! I loved feeling so welcomed !!
Good large store. Lots of Aggie stuff
Great selection, always top spot for Aggie gear!
Best bookstore for any A&M items. Beautiful organization and tons of items.
A little pricy, but thats on campus stores for you
A great place to get textbooks and merchandise, but a bit pricey.
Great store.. but pricey as one store would if its on campus.
Overall, great store and selection. The only problem is that the prices seemed really high, especially when you can go online and order the same stuff with two-day shipping for a lot less from various websites. Also, though I havent purchased this from the bookstore recently, in the past I have always found the Starbucks coffee service and quality at this location to be sub-par. They were usually out of some basic component every time I went there, so I finally stopped going once the other campus Starbucks locations opened up.
Bath and Body Works has better books than this place!
Confusing b/c the bookstore part is underground but very friendly and appealing to walk through
The dorms are comfortable and its a nice place
Always pretty good gear and the sales are nice too.
Very helpful staff when trying to find books for classes.
Its fabulous great looking great staff
Awesome always. Thank you
One place for all A&M merchandise. A little overpriced however
Very convenient, and the staff is friendly. The bookstore has supplies for students, food, and a Starbucks
Nice location and very respectful place
Overpriced but youll go here anyway, we all have to sometime
Price is quite high but goods quality is ok
Super expensive. For the most part, Aggieland outfitters has better stuff for the same, high price.
Nice. Cool. Clean. Friendly.
Great to be back in Aggieland
Typical university book store. Usual run of souvenir shirts and hats.
Horrible time getting books. 2nd week into school and I just now got a call saying 2 of the 4 books I need are in. I already have things due this week! Plus every time I come in to pick up its AT LEAST an hour wait every time. You have set aside an entire morning or afternoon to get anything from them.
