We have a Culligan water system for many years and love it. The recent service was excellent.

We’ve been using a Culligan RO system for drinking water for about four years now with service by Culligan of Brazos County. The service has always been very responsive and professional. They are great to deal with.

We just had a Culligan water softener put on our well water system. The technician that installed the system was a true professional and did a great job installing the softener and an auto purge valve on our well head sand separator. The water quality immediately improved in taste and smell. We are very happy with the new system and all the support we received for the College Station office.

Had to do some DIY plumbing and ended up spraying water under there. Turns out that automatically shuts off the Culligan system when it detects water. Thats a smart thing. I called and they came out the next day and took about 10 minutes to replace the sponge. Very nice folks that Ive had long relationship with.

Calling Culligan was one of the first things we did when planning to build our new home. Had their filter system for over 2 years via their monthly service plan. Have only needed service twice. And when I did need the service, they showed up the very next day on time and were in and out in 10 minutes. All covered by their service plan. Accommodated all my requests. Excellent water quality as well. Save lots of money on water bottles we would otherwise have to buy.

The water tastes great, however I wasn’t pleased with the service this year. I had a service appointment (had to use vacation time from work) and my unit was serviced on a Wednesday. By Saturday morning I was out of water. Called on Monday and spoke with Wes, he assured me that a service tech would be waiting at at house at 11:15am that day. I took an early lunch and was at home at 11:00. Nobody showed up, so I called the office at 12:45 and they said the would send someone right then. I had to wait another 25 minutes for them to arrive and re-set the system. I ended up having to use another hour of vacation time because they were not there as promised. This was poor customer service, in my opinion. I shouldn’t have had to use my vacation time because they didn’t plan well.

Culligan notified me that we needed a Service Call and asked me for a good time frame for the next week. They were here, did the service and were gone in about 30 minutes. Nice guys.

I used to own my R.O. system Aqua...something until I realized there was no savings unless you refused to buy a new holding tank ever 18-24 months = YUCK stuff growing inside of it = sickness not healthy, as intended.Culligan offered a rent-it program that brought out a fresh tank, et al. routinely. Clean cut college+ age guys came & went w/o issue within 15 minutes service time in house. We were concerned about the drinking water here in College Station and visited the Culligan Water Store at 3900 Hwy 6. Sam Walker sat down and explained the options available. We made a decision to go with the Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water System. We were able to schedule our installation within a few days. Caleb ORear was on time and did a professional job. He drilled a hole in our granite countertop for the water faucet and it looks great! No mess! We were very pleased with our experience with Culligan! We had experience a leak in our system. The technician arrived as promised, determined the leak problem, and quickly replaced the whole system. He also checked other connections under the cabinet for leaks and tighten one. Service was excellent and friendly.
