Laptop hard drive quit. I was very happy with the time and attention you folks gave me. The costs were explained completely, and I received communication frequently. Ultimately, the hard drive was replaced quickly, and the price was VERY fair.Also, when I came in to pick up my laptop, a nice gal was in front of me, saying she had spilled liquid on her computer, and it quit. The gentleman at the counter was very polite and did a quick inspection on the spot, very professional and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend this store!

We were having issues contacting the manufacturer for our PC that was refusing to turn on, so we decided to bring it in to CPR instead. It ended up being quite a saga that ended with them realizing that both the motherboard and the PSU on the computer needed to be replaced. Throughout the process, CPR was great with giving us calls to update us on what was happening, talking through their process, and giving just generally good advice. Highly recommend them for computer repair!

Got the parts to fix my phone faster than stated & had it fixed in less than 2 hours after dropping it off. I send my laptop in for a screen replacement with CPR and it came back great! Chance in particular was extremely helpful and every interaction I had with CPR was productive. They were able to get my broken screen fixed in about an hour after they received the parts (and that only took about a week!) and it works great. Cant recommend them enough over other places like Best Buy.

Took a IPhone XR in on 5/20/21 to get a screen replacement, work was done fast and pretty hassle free. But only a month later the screen started burning images in and after about 2 days of this half of my screen turned black. I took the phone back on 6/29/21 to warranty it only to be told because of the pocked scratches on the screen that they couldn’t warranty it. So pretty much paid $100 for a screen that lasted a month, don’t waste your money or time at this place.

They were very friendly and thorough. I was very happy with the experience despite having a broken phone. I would recommend to anyone.

The process was very quick! My son’s PS4 went crazy and I had no idea what was wrong or what to do to fix it. I dropped the console off and in about 3-4 hours the technician figured out what was wrong with it, replaced the problem part, and had it back to me fixed and ready to go. They did a good job replacing the gorilla glass on the back of my OnePlus 6t for a fair price, but the screen protector on the front got a few scratches on it. Not a huge deal, but still... Overall Im happy.

I dropped my phone down three flights of stairs, and when I picked it up, the screen was destroyed. I came over to CPR, and a technician named Dawson immediately came to the front, and after I explained to him the situation, quickly and simply explained my options and pricing, (which is very fair for LED and OLED screens), and after I turned my phone over to him, he at once got to repairing it. The process took a little less than two hours, and I received my phone back in perfect condition. Dawson is an excellent worker who is both very kind, extremely professional, and dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. I recommend anyone coming here to get their phone repaired to ask for him specifically.

The worst technical support I’ve ever experienced! Unprofessional!The diagnostics for the LCD of my laptop, which costed ~$70, nonrefundable, was simply a few guesses that anyone who have the most basic knowledge about computers know is off. The ‘technical diagnostics’ talked about graphic cards, however, a simple test of connecting the laptop to a monitor would show that’s not the case (as it worked well using an external monitor). Finally, after all the delays and talking about irrelevant diagnoses, I was told that to better diagnose they have to open the LCD and it might break and they don’t take any responsibilities for that. Also, the ‘technician’ told me that if the problem is the LCD connection, they can’t fix it. Anyway, besides not being able to diagnose the simplest, most common issue, which was the issue with the LCD of the laptop, they didn’t take the minimum responsibilities for their own job. I think the only thing they are very good at is that the ~$70 is NONREFUNDABLE, regardless of giving any meaningful diagnoses. I’ve simply ordered an LCD online and changed it myself in only 15 minutes and it has been working perfect for me since then in the last several months. But CPR Cell Phone Repair College Station 1) wasted my time, 2) gave no meaningful technical support, 3) very unprofessional. Overall, I paid ~$70 for nothing and it was the worst experience.

I just had a piece of my charger stuck in my phone and they pulled it out, without charge, which was fantastic. Took a laptop with a broken screen to get fixed and a ps4 in to get cleaned. They call me to set up an appointment saying I needed to bring my laptop in when they already had it. Then I get a call saying they needed the charger cord (which they also already had). When everything was ready to pickup I left, then realized they didnt even give me my ps4 power cord and had to go back to get it. They did fix my stuff fine and were quick. Just really wish theyd been more organized.

My phone got ran over and the screen shattered around 6 pm. Sent a message a few minutes and got an extremely fast response saying they could fix it before they closed. Dropped it of at about 6:50 and it was ready by7:30!

These guys fixed my phone in a few hours (during the busy Christmas holiday 12/24) when the phone repair kiosk in the mall had it for 2 days and did nothing. They also fixed my husbands phone. His was a simple fix and they did not try to gouge him for more money with made up repairs that his phone didnt need. CPR was very professional and up front about the cost both times. I am so happy with the job they did and Im so sorry its taken me this long to write this review. Seriously. Go to CPR cell phone repair. You will not regret it!

My display got disconnected from my phone and I needed a quick fix. The customer service was quick, professional and unbelievably efficient. I replaced the back of my iPhone XS which had been shattered for over a year. Everywhere I had inquired about replacing it either wouldnt even consider it as it was too complicated or wanted to charge me over $200.00. I was elated when I got a quote from CPR for $99.00 to fix it and immediately brought it in! I am very happy to have my phone fixed and they did great work. There are still some scuffs around the edges, but they explained to me that a repair for the plastic as well would be a lot more pricey. I appreciated the quick, honest and more than fairly priced repair. I am very happy with the work done! They also guaranteed me a warranty if the glue were to lift! Thanks CPR :)

Should have gone here first.I needed to replace my laptop battery, and didnt want to part with my computer for a long period of time. I went to two other stores that were closer to my house; but they either wanted to keep my laptop for almost a week, or charge $150 to replace the battery the same day. I really enjoyed the service I got from CPR. My MacBook had coffee spilled on it and needed a keyboard replacement. I got it back in great working condition in 3 days and they removed the Malware complementary too! I highly recommend bringing your computer (and phone) for these guys to fix.

I took my PC a couple of months ago to get a diagnostic because it was not booting up. They told me it was the motherboard and that they tested everything, including my CPU. So I bought a new motherboard and rebuilt my PC with the new motherboard. The PC still did not boot up. After doing repairs myself, it turned out that the issue was with my CPU even though I was told initially that the motherboard was the issue. Why did they charge me $80 for a diagnostic just to give false information?Edit after owner response below: Sorry, what I meant by “not booting up” is that my peripherals did not receive signal from the computer. The computer itself did have power (fans were spinning, LEDs were on, etc), but there was no signal to my mouse, keyboard, or monitor. Because of this, I think you could test the CPU.

My phone is now in tip-top shape all thanks to Evan after accidentally dropping it in the toilet. The only downside is Face ID not working, but there’s nothing they could do about it and Apple wouldn’t even be able to fix it without overcharging me or persuading me to buy a new phone. I ended up paying a total of $140.71 which is a third of what Apple would’ve charged me. Overall, I’m happy with my phone and I absolutely recommend coming here.

I came here to get the battery replaced in my MacBook Pro. The service provided was upstanding throughout the process from getting a fair price estimate to ordering and replacing the part. All the maintenance is done in-shop so there is no need to ship out your device and be unable to access it for a long period of time. There was a small issue after the battery replacement that was resolved quickly and professionally with another visit to the store and no additional cost to me. I am very satisfied with my experience. I was hesitant at first since Apple products are recommended to be dealt with by Apple but since there is no Apple store nearby and Best Buy could not get me a price estimate without shipping my MacBook out, I decided to give CPR a try. The Assistant Manager/Lead Technician, Chance, is a nice guy and responds to emails quickly.

I know my way around computers pretty well so I dont like taking it to a shop if I think I can solve the problem myself. I had a problem so difficult for me to diagnose that I reluctantly brought it in. Chance did a very thorough diagnostic, calling me to give updates and get extra info. He researched my motherboard online. Ultimately he came through with an accurate diagnosis of the problem. I appreciate that its an honest shop staffed with skilled and knowledgeable people.

I’ll never take a broken phone anywhere else. I came in the store with what I thought was just a broken phone screen. It turned out there were other issues with the phone from a previous “repair” at another location. Dawson was the repair tech who fixed what I thought was the only issue and fixed the problems that were hidden under the glass! He explained everything so well and easily and didn’t add on anything on to his previously quoted price.
