I like coming here, but my only problem was that I was actually the only customer there and there were 3 employees 2Male and 1female, and not one of them ever helped or acknowledge us. SMH!!! Managers please inform your employees to be more friendly and acknowledge the customers, remember we are the reason why you are getting a check

The manager Taylor was really rude and made me feel unwelcome twice when I visited the store on different occasions. I was never greeted upon arrival and the employees there were just as rude. for a manager I’d recommend she fixes her attitude if she wants customers to go back and give champs business. wouldn’t recommend going there unless you want to be stared down or greeted with rude stares like it’s a problem to shop there.

I was upset that customer service couldn’t help me . I had order a pair of shoes for my daughter. I remember entering all my information correct, I do recall champs suggesting to pick an address. I picked my first choice it had my apartment number first and street address second . I dint pay much attention knowing it was still on there . The day came when my package was supposed to arrived. I tracked the order and it said that it was sent back to sender do to being undelivered. When I checked my address the street was missing . I dnt understand why champs would give me as option of choosing an address that wouldn’t help deliver my package. When I reached out to customer service they said all they can do is wait for my refund once they received the return package. When I asked them if they could just resend or help me get my package delivered. They said that once the package is sent bk to them they couldn’t re send it I would just get my refund. I was really upset, they only had that one size when I found them and I was looking forward to get them my daughter wanted them, she’s a straight “A” student and it was her first time being rewarded with something like that I’ve never spent more then 40 dollar shoes for her . I was so upset I will not order shoes from them again . I did how ever find them at “foot locker “ I even got them on sale. I submitted a new order with them and now waiting for them (double checked the address). I got a better turn around on this bad experience. Now just have to wait for champs to refund me my money and hope they don’t make it hard where I have to contact them .

Will not be shopping here again. They double charged my card and when I asked them about it, they pretty much said thats not their problem and theres nothing they can do about it. Filed a claim with my bank. All I know is somebody better run me back my money.

Great store great shopping

Went inside and was not greeted. Was not attended to until I was there for a good 15 minutes. They kind of just gawk which is annoying because I know whats actually expected of these employees considering I used to work for this company lol

I felt racially discriminated against by Alejandra specifically. The actions of the employees, though not all, were basically racist. Worst experience. Will never go to this store again.

The manager is a moran i felt like beating his head in he was rude n arrogant till i showed hima receipt that anotber employee serviced me a month ago then he changed his tune people like him shouldnt be managers n be treating customers liked were idiots n dont know what we talking about i will never recommend anyone to shop at champs in post oak mall college station
