The staff at 501 Graham are really great. They are customer oriented and technically competent. And their fees are reasonable. I almost look forward to my next computer problem.

12th Man came to my rescue at a time that I was frantic about what I was going to do to solve my iMac fail. They have been incredible from the start and now I am about to finish up with them. It’s a shame that they don’t have any computer technicians on campus to work on laptops. Said that the turnaround time for me to get my laptop fixed was 6 weeks, well, I don’t have time to wait 6 weeks to get my computer fixed. You are better off shipping your computer to the original manufacturer. Disappointing!

The staff was very friendly and they were able to fix my laptop in a timely manner. The only issue was their timeliness in answering phones and helping customers in-store. Overall, it was a great experience and I would take my laptop there again.
Love having 12th Man Technology here in town when I have service needs or need some new computers/tablets. Much better service with the new management since 2019 as well and so glad they carry all the brands now.
Went in there today due to my phone failing to charge. Told me I had water damage and corrosion which in turn meant I needed to upgrade. Took it to the repair center down the road and got my charging port cleaned for free and it works like new! Not sure why they couldn’t identify a simple fix such as this. Go elsewhere before looking to get a repair here. Guys here don’t know what theyre doing. And trust me 3 of them had a look.
I usually do not write reviews but I had to for this one because I was very disappointed. The staff there are not only extremely impatient, especially their boss (the blonde dude) but they seriously lack skills and common sense. I went in there on April 14, 2020 to purchase an external mice because my touch pad on my laptop was faulty. After they set up the mice, and connected it to my computer, it did not work and they blamed it on my computer having software issues. I requested that they ensure that the mice was working properly because the wired mice they had initially connected had functioned well (and I was not about to pay for a faulty mice) but their boss, being very impatient and almost yelling at me, hurriedly sent me away, insisting that I call HP and have them troubleshoot my computer. Obviously, it wasnt a software issue, because I called HP and they said that the software was fine, and after I spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong with my laptop (and not getting anything done because of this), I decided to check the battery compartment of the external mice (which they had set up at the store) and realized that they had flipped the batteries and did not put them in correctly. I honestly think that this could have been avoided if they were more patient, double checked and realized that the laser of the mouse didnt even light up which could have been due to an incorrect set up of the mice, rather than blaming it on my computer software and making it seem like I was bugging them. Also, their prices are just insane, you can get much better prices and quality customer service somewhere else in college station.Overall, very bad experience and the boss really needs to work on his people skills.I do not recommend going there. If you are a tamu student and dont wanna spend so much money on diagnostics, and little things that you could easily get fixed on your own, call tamu help desk central instead. Theyve helped me solve technical issues over the phone, are friendly and extremely patient!

Brought my Macbook Pro in with a dead screen. The staff here was super helpful, and explained in detail what steps they were going to take to diagnose, and fix, the problem. They fixed and returned my Mac within 5 business days, which is what they promised. Im satisfied with their service and would go there again. The only issue was that they seem to be shorthanded occasionally.
Wow! Very unimpressed! It has taken over 6 weeks for them to get my laptop fixed and I still haven’t received it back yet. I’v never ever seen such a slow customer service before. They would tell me they would call the next day with an update, and I would never hear from them. I went 6 weeks as a student with no laptop. Very upset and frustrated.

Worst computer repair store I have ever encountered. I took my labtop in for a minor trackpad issue that shouldnt have taken more than a few days to resolve. I am currently writing this review after a month of waiting and calling customer service countless times. Every time I have called them they tell me my computer will be ready in 3-4 days but when I call them back the next week they gave me the same answer. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DEVICES HERE IF YOU NEED THEM BACK WITHIN THE SAME CALENDAR YEAR.
Literally the worst. Had my laptop malfunction and was directed there instead of contacting the actual provider of the laptop because I was told they would handle it. It has now been 6 weeks since I dropped my laptop off at the center on campus and I’m still without a laptop during the most difficult time of the year as a student. Absolutely zero customer service, everytime I wanted to know an update about my laptop I had to call the center myself even though i gave them all my contact information for them to do it themselves. If you need your laptop or phone fixed, don’t even bother. Awful.
Just talked with a sales rep named Zach on the phone. Unfortunately their store did not offer the services I was looking for (Mac Lessons), but he was able to help me with most of what I needed over the phone. Very knowledgeable and great customer service!
I had such a great experience here. Shamar and his associate were so incredibly patient, helpful, and kind. They helped me for an hour and a half and I never once felt that they were rushing me or trying to get rid of me. Not to mention the fact that they found an entire photo library of over 6,000 photos that I thought I had deleted/lost. Sooo helpful and I highly recommend this place- they are really knowledgable! The store has a total No return policy for all sales and exceptionally high prices on smaller items (around 300% higher than the online market price). Very disappointed.
*Fixing Window product starting fall 2019.good place.On July 29th, the day after my computer broke down. University decided to close down IT computer repair.I went everywhere because I didnt want to be charged 200 dollar for nothing at place like bestbuy.I dont understand all the negative review. They were kind maybe because owner changed.There were debris inside power input. They fixed it for free. I would have given tip, but I only 100 dollar Bills.
I was honestly shocked how unhelpful this place was as I was directed here by Apple. I dont write reviews often but I really had too for this one. I had problems with my computer 2 different times, each time I was referred here and each time they just tried to charge me for the littlest thing and were of really no help.I had to drive an hour and a half to an actual Apple store where I got the problem fixed for Free. The 2nd time same thing happened at this location so I went somewhere else in the city and was fixed in less than 10 minutes. Extremely disappointed in this place. If I could give less than 1 star I honestly would. Needs a lot of improvements.
Don’t even bother with this one it’s not worth your time. I bought a headphone dongle from them it lasted a month and then just stopped working. Came in and told them about it, one guy tested it on his phone and it did the same damn thing. They told me it was apple’s problem and that it would take one week for it to get tested and sent back. Let me tell you what we are not going to do today....that. It’s a dongle it works or it’s defective that’s all there is to it. Why can’t TAMU just get a real Apple store instead of some two-bit go between. Annoyed won’t ever go back.
For certified repairs using genuine Apple products, this is the place, especially if you are still covered by warranty or Apple Care. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Dont get fooled by the fakes!
Slow Customer Service...
Everything you get done here is overpriced. No point if you dont want to spend the money to fix the issue. Most of the time, it is better to get a new device online.
The staff are nice but sometimes you can find better deals at the apple website.
Always my go-to Mac store since we dont have an Apple Store in College Station. They always have everything you need and sometimes have great deals.
I bought an apple pencil and it didnt work with my iPad and I needed to return it, so to return it they charged me $25 which is ridiculous. Do not buy here, you will be punished if you need to return.
They have a contract with the university, so they dont have to be competitive. We needed upgrades on work computers and were told by MacResources it wasnt possible, only to find out from another source that it was possible and for a very reasonable price.
