Our experience with Brazos Valley Floor & Design was great! Barry and Dave were very helpful. The carpet that we picked out was not in stock, so they got in touch with someone in Georgia and got the carpet that we wanted. Installation was quick and they did a beautiful job. We will be using them again very soon!

I had a not so good experience working with Brazos Valley floor and design. Walking in, the show room seemed very well put together and I was greeted by very nice people. Unfortunately, the expertise was not quite there and I left the place more confused than before. I had brought in a sample wood plank to help guide what I wanted and had left it there on accident. When I called to see if I could pick it up, it had been thrown away.I’m sure this is an isolated experience. Working with another flooring company in town made me appreciate the difference professionalism and expertise can make.

We received great service for purchase of our new flooring for our home. Dustin helped us in the store buying the product. He was friendly, informative and was most helpful with follow up phone calls to check in on the progress of the work. Then Will came to take measurements, he was kind, friendly and did a great job. The installers worked hard, did a great job, kept us informed of their progress and left the home in great order after the work. They spent two days doing a wonderful job. I would recommend Brazos Valley Floor and Design. We will come back if we have another project at our home. With Regards,Russell and Meredith Armagost

I was very disappointed..I used them once a couple of years ago & I had to keep calling them to see when they were going to come out. I called several times & they wouldn’t get back to me.They finally did. So I needed carpet again & wanted to give them another chance. I talked to Gabby & she was going to get in touch on when they were going to come out. She never called. I decided I wasn’t going to keep bugging them. Obviously they don’t need the business. I called another carpet company. They were so prompt & did my carpet within a week. I didn’t have to get in touch with them they kept me posted.

I had a great experience with them the first time I used them when we chose to replace some carpet. The store people and the man who came to my house were great. Second time was for an insurance claim in a different room. It was recommended to reuse the carpet we currently had after a water leak by their worker. After a different worker came to restretch the carpet out, the first thing he said was “you need new carpet.” It looks bad and feels terrible. This could have been super simple but now have to get back in contact with insurance and this business to figure this out ...and to top it off we’re trying to move and sell the house.

Every employee I dealt with was knowledgeable, respectful, and kind! We had a very small bathroom project and I felt that they treated it as if I was a big customer spending a lot. They were flexible with my schedule and were easy to contact. I will definitely use them in the future if I decide to redo our kitchen!

I recently had granite, wood flooring, and tile installed in my house. The wood flooring and tile went seamlessly. Unfortunately the granite did not. First of all, they installed it before my contractor was ready, thus all the other subs had to be very careful around it. Secondly, they poorly transitioned one side. It was so bad, they replaced the whole side of my kitchen with a totally new slab. I really appreciated their willingness to fix that error. The other side of my kitchens granite was sealed improperly and was stained within the first few days of having it. They again said they would fix it, but two weeks later, Im still having to almost beg them to come out to resolve the issue. So right now, I have totally unsealed granite that Im trying to make sure doesnt continue to get stained. I understand mistakes, but this is just too much...and the burden of communication has rested on me to continue to reach out and ask what is going on?!Edit Update: I guess I got annoying enough that the GM of the granite department got involved and promptly came out to reseal the granite issue. Time will tell if it is effective.

Employees treat you like you do not belong there. You need to pull up to their business in a Mercedes if you want help and a little respect. I have gone here twice and got treated the same both times. I bought all of my flooring from their Sister store in Bryan better service and employees are glad ro see and help you.

We first used Brazos Valley Floor & Design for our granite for our kitchen remodel. Not being from the area, we shopped around at different places and ended up here. We were SO pleased with how everything turned out and the great assistance from Wanda. When it came time to do our floors and backsplash, we had looked at other flooring and tile companies in College Station/Bryan area and none compared to the service and product selection of Brazos Valley Floor & Design. Their customer service is excellent, they are upfront about everything, and also know what they are talking about. We worked with Miranda in the store, and she was such a pleasure to work with. They all wanted to make sure we were happy with the install and ensured us that if we needed anything, to give them a call and it would be sorted out. I HIGHLY recommend them and will be doing business with them again for our next remodeling project!

I felt like they did not welcome my small DIY tile project < $1000. I could sense the change of attitude from the sales person; ignoring my emails and making the comment I have other customers in order to end a phone call about the invoice. I did not have a good experience.

This flooring company is more concerned with the next customer, than the one standing in front of them. Can not be bothered to follow up to answer your questions, but absolutly will follow up to get their sample back. Or see if you are ready to buy even though your questions are not answered. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! Yes I took my sample back. Are my questions answered. That would be a big fat NO!!!

The sales associates at Premier Countertop and Design were friendly, very helpful and patient with my decision changes. They were super attentive. I expressed some concern about an issue over the phone and before I knew it the owner himself showed up to make sure it was handled. I love my countertops! The sales associate at Brazos Valley Floor and Design was wonderful and again extremely patient with me. The tile guy was a perfectionist and my backsplash is beautiful.

To tile a simple bedroom was to be done in a week and a half. It took a month. The flooring guy only worked 4 hours and kept having to come back and never knew when he would show up. I was stuck waiting for many days wondering when he would come and when he would finish When he finished it the final product was terrible. The grout of the tile was a light grey when the tile was a dark brown. The grout was to blend in with the tile color. He left gaps between where the existing tile left off and where the new tile began. It took several weeks for them to come back and stain the grout and finish where the cracks were. I paid for the flooring in full when I ordered it. A month and a half later I got a bill for a higher cost. It consisted of the full amount plus something additional even though I already paid it before they ever started. The finished product was better but still had spots where the grout stain did not get done. I just wanted my room back. Ill never go back to Brazos Valley Floor and Design.

As part of a remodel job with Mariott, Brazos Valley Floor and Design was responsible for our granite counter tops, carpet and hardwood floors.Jeremy Dewitt and Brazos Valley Floor and Design are responsible for the 2nd biggest screw-up in our remodel. We used Teragren bamboo flooring in two other projects and really like it. So when it was time to do our master bedroom, we wanted to use that again. The folks at BVF&D knew this early in the February of 2013 along with the start date for our remodel of June 3, 2013. On June 3, 2013 the carpet was removed from our bedroom and then we find out the flooring is not in yet.I hear nothing but excuses from Jeremy and finally on July 1, 2013 I decide to track down where my flooring may be. I reached the people at Teragren who were super nice and super confused on why I was calling them. They then gave me the name of my wholesaler, The Masters Craft and Brad S. was very nice and helpful. What I found out was that the flooring was ordered on June 14th (yes, 11 days AFTER removing our carpet and making our bedroom unlivable) and that it would be delivered on July 5, 2013. Over a month after it should have been here. The men installing the flooring were quite rude and messy. I got a lot of attitude when they had to come back and clean up all the glue they left on floor. Eventually my husband had to clean the floor inch by inch to get off the glue and solvent that left spots everywhere.I will say BVF&D does have a nice selection of granite slabs so we were able to find what we wanted without a drive to Houston. A very competent man came to our house to measure for the granite counter tops, but a different crew came to install them. Apparently a sub-contractor, so I feel I was deceived in who was going to install the counters. These sub-contractors did a sub-par job of installing the counters. Including making the backs plash the wrong height and stealing the extra granite and some other leftover granite that they were going to shape for me. Doubt Ill be seeing those again. The carpet at BVF&D is over priced. We had to go over our allowance from Mariott on the cost of the carpet even though we chose the least expensive options. I will say the carpet installers did a good job. They even managed to put carpet in the childrens bedroom closets when they were full of junk.
